this is so impressive! i just bought my first cosplay wig and watched both of your Link wig tutorials one after another. what you do with these wigs is pure art! i have a question that maybe you could help with. my wig is long but i don't want to cut it all short because i want to do a Zelda cosplay one day (currently preparing to do an OoT Link one). i've figured out how to hide the long hair in my Link hat, but at the nape of the neck, the pulled-up hair looks a bit funny. do you have any tips for how to make that back part look a little bit more natural? what are your thoughts on cutting the hair in the last row of wefts--do you think that would be visible if i let the hair down for the Zelda cosplay? any advice would be appreciated. EDIT: now i have another question, sorry! is it possible to tease hair up for tall bangs (like i your ooT Link wig video) and then brush it back down to look normal? so that i can reuse my wig for the Zelda cosplay
I just started going to cons again last summer and have done 3 cosplays so far, but never with a wig. However, for my next one, I've decided to do fem Vash (the Stampede version) and to make the wig. Never even worn a wig, but the newest hyperfixation ensues 😅 So I am watching all the YT videos right now.
you should absolutely sew in your wefts!!! it really depends on how much you’re adding, but hot glue is finicky in both application and adhesion. it’s much quicker, but it’s not as permanent as using a mix of both threading and gluing😣
I do not sew in my wefts. It is too time consuming and does not provide better results. Sewing is not necessary, gluing is perfectly fine. If you want to sew you can, but there is not much of a benefit.
How i wish i could pick your brains on one of my wigs 😭😭 such amazing work!
I'm tired of the Man in Green stealing all my rupees 😭
adding a link to the base wig would be great!

Stunning work! You have done your best describing your process! I can't wait to start doing my wigs ! And not just wearing them out of the bag!
Thank you! I do my best. Absolutely, that is why I make these tutorials so others can style their own wigs :)

This is so incredibly helpful. Thank you!
I would be interested if you do wig classes!
I am currently working on it due to demand! Thank you for your input. I am making beginner, intermediate and advanced classes.
I’d very much be a beginner if you do this
awesome job, could you show how to do twilight princess link next?
I would love to if I get another commission for Link 😎
I LOVEEE this tutorial omg it'll be great if you can tell us more about removing bulk! and how to find good scissors etc
Good idea, I can make a short tutorial on that subject.
Can you make "Neeko Shan Hai Scrolls" wig? You are amazingggg!
If I get a wig commission or have free time I definitely can

what base wigs do u reccomend? im trying to do one for twilight princess link but haven’t found a good base
I love to use Chronos or Aura in Ash Blonde from Epic Cosplay Wigs. Highly recommend their brand. I will be making at tutorial of his wig too!
Which base style wig was used for this? I want to make sure I use the same style wig and don’t buy the wrong one. Thanks!
I used Epic Cosplay Wig's Aura Carmel Blonde Wig, 35" & 15" Weft Extensions in Carmel Blonde. Hope this helps and happy crafting!
