What does 925 mean
*GREAT QUESTION!* :D 925 means 92.5% pure silver, which is the standard for 'Sterling'. According to Wikipedia: Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by weight of silver and 7.5% by weight of other metals, usually copper. Fine silver, for example 99.9% pure silver, is relatively soft, so silver is usually alloyed with copper to increase its hardness and strength.

Funny story - when my parents were dating they had virtually no money - the decided to go for a drive and share a meal @ A&W. 5:44 I collect the cased glass like that amber pitcher. I had over 150 pieces, in all different shapes and colors but someone broke into my house while I was gone and left me with nothing but some small bud vases. I was devastated !!! You should have picked that one up to resell. They can bring some good money.
OMG that's *TERRIBLE!!!* We'd be so devastated too!! How heartbreaking. We don't know as much about glass... I (rob) LOVE the way it looks, but it takes alot of room to display, and we are constantly running out of room hahahaha!!!
@@BargainBarons I had my collection displayed on white shelving of different heights and lengths, all outlined in black. The black and white shelving was a great foil for the bright, jewel tone colors of the cased glass.!!! I pick it up whenever I find it. If you don't want it when you see it, I would be happy to take it off your hands for a fair profit. I would happily pay shipping to Wisconsin. You could even hold on to it until we had more than one piece in order to save money when shipping it to me. What do you think? I know you find milk glass for my friend Angie...you know, the lady who loves her birds !!! That is so nice of you to do that.

Hi Sue from UK again. Too check if they're real pearls run the Pearl over your teeth. They will feel gritty if they're real. On normal teeth no caps etc lol
We both are kinda grossed out by germs, running dirty things on our teeth.. (which we HAVE done that in the past to check pearls)_ one viewer also told us, if you have 2 or more (say from a necklace, or 2 pearl earrings) , instead of rubbing them on your teeth, just rub the 2 pearls together and you should still be able to feel if they are rough or smooth when rubbing together. We have tried this, and it works well. We like it better then rubbing them on our teeth and putting them in our mouths LOL.

Hahaha. :D We are just so busy with our regular jobs, and then making these videos, that we haven't had time to do extras like live feeds and collabs.. but I'm hoping that in the winter when we're not out filming we can do things like that with other creators. I would *LOVE* to get our channel featured on some other channels, but nobody ever reaches out to us (we've never been asked to be a part of any of those collaborations)...

The best thing about unscheduled sales is that you'd rarely run into Jerry pilfering the jewelry when you arrive. You would have never seen that silver and pearl pendant if that sale had been advertised. (tongue in cheek)...

We are mostly collectors, but when Karen DOES pick something to sell, she simply sells locally on a buy/sell app much like LetGo or OfferUp, shipping prices here in Canada are anywhere from double to five-times what it costs to ship something in the USA, and we just can't compete with the low shipping prices, so we do not sell online. (YET)......
Where are the GPS’s you bought? Are they working good?
Yes we are using the GPS units. I mentioned them in yesterday's episode, and was very happy to be back using GPS units... so didn't mention it again.. but yes they seem to be working fine and I am enjoying them. :) Thanks Kimberly!! =D

Oh man... I know how it feels. This is my third year doing this, working my butt of making videos on top of having a full time job, I thought by year 3 we'd be alot further ahead than we are (numbers wise) so it's been a rough road that way... It can be a real tough thing to get RUclips's attention so to speak... but stick with it.. we're still trying ourselves! LOL

I (rob) was not aware of that, but Karen says she had heard that before.. we do not have any pets..
