The world largest puzzle by Ravensburger puzzle from Germany. We are so glad to announce “our second cover is ready ”!
In this video we show the second cover puzzle (Arielle) from the largest in series manufactured jigsaw puzzle of the world.
This cover has a totale of 4.032 pieces.

Cool timelapse for sure. Unless you mix all the bags and do a true 40,000 piece puzzle you're really just doing a bunch of separate puzzles that connect together.

I feel like all the people say the same but if we ignore the difficult of the puzzle if they mix the bags, the space for doing it should be a much larger, just for doin a puzzle that in that way would take at least 2 years.

We did Life: The Great Challenge at 24,000 pieces. It was a blast!! Large puzzles are the best but make sure you have enough work room!. Life took 245 days!

There's an older vid on YT showing a puzzle with 32000 pieces (standard size pieces). This puzzle also looks like standard size pieces too yet seems to be 8 times smaller than the 32000 one. I'd say this isn't at all 42000 pieces. The 32000 pieces one is said to take about 900 man hours to build, this 42000 one seems to have been build in one day with 5 people. Total BS.

@@annabrown1569 Yeah, I agree. Seeing the outro slate, the video clip in the upper right has the box that says 40,320 on it for the piece count, and it has 9 other Disney puzzles the same size as this one.
@denis b This one has 4,032 pieces thereabouts, and all 10 puzzles connect together. The film reel surrounds all of them on the outside.

I'm sorry to ruin the fun but as far as I can see this is not that big... Maybe 8000 pieces? I did a 5000 pieces once and it was 150 x 100 cm...

It’s all part of a bigger puzzle
The puzzle comes in 10 sections (to make it easier for people who may not have the space to work the entire 40,320 at one time). The sections connect via the missing edges.
