The matcha will def improve the area because of its caffeine content. BUT I would use matcha only for that area. Nothing else and be careful not to get it inside your eyes.
These are just home remedies. Products are out there already that basically do this. Yes I know chemicals people don’t like it but they work faster than these home remedies.
