These radio channels are under Family Radio Service (FRS) or General Mobile Radio Service (GMRS). Anyone can listen to you or transmit if they are close enough and if you use GMRS you can use repeaters (if you have a license)
This happened to me when I was maybe like 4-5 and someone was talking to me through my walkie talkie thinking back on it now that's scary and dangerous ...
Not the cops, I promise you. A lot of businesses say copy, not just the cops. And a police channel isn’t gonna have the same frequency that’s on this walkie talkie. Funny video though.
This happens when the radio waves connect to someone elses and people and some times they mess with people: Idk if this is right but if its right hope it helped!

It sounded like the cops on that one frequency. I’ve heard cops and emt’s on my walkie talkie before. Even truck drivers.

I’ve seen videos of other people messing with others with their radios when they were on the same channel or frequency.
some kid on the other end
It sounded like an adult. The voice sounded like my old friend Danny but it wasn’t. I did show him the video
What channel is it? And which channel commonly has people?
I was on channel 1 and the privacy code was set to 1. I also don’t know which channel commonly has more people on it.
