It’s a small detail, and I don’t even know if she does it on purpose, but I really appreciate that all her different fashion glasses don’t have lenses, so we can’t see the recording setup in the reflection. It keeps it extra immersive :)

Yeah, the sounds are great but for me ASMR comes from listening to people talk, their posture, mannerisms, facial expressions. Lizi you are the best at those things. I've been a fan for years now. Keep it up!

I really don’t like munching sounds 😭 otherwise all those triggers are great. Except maybe for the skin like triangle, it was a bit weird ngl. Light trigger makes me soooo sleepy I love it, both of them. I prefer when it moves more slowly tho but it’s great anyway.
The spray trigger doesn’t relax/tingles me but it’s not bad either.
I loved the sound of putting the third thing in my ear (the light one).
Overall you’re amazing and no matter what trigger I end up liking it cause it’s you who does it. ❤

Hate the gum sound, I have misofonia and that triggers me a lot.
I like every light.
Both headphones are fine.
With the objects I would say you should use the thic one for fast movement and the thin for slower.
The bottle with something on It sounds more satisfaying.
Tunning fork, hand sounds, brushes dont do much for me so Its all the same.

First, the negative: Gum chewing is horrendous in ASMR videos. It's one of the most common triggers of Misophonia, along with other "Eating sounds." If you include this trigger in future videos, PLEASE note it in the title so those of us who suffer from this condition can avoid the video, or if it's only in part of the video, a time-stamp so we can skip it. I'm asking this because you're my favourite ASMRist, but the neurological fight-or-flight response this specific type of sound triggers in people with Misophonia is excruciating.
Also, personally not a fan of ear-cupping or the second pair of headphones because they remove the background noise. For some reason these triggers are really uncomfortable for me personally.
Now, for the positive:
Writing is amazing.
Typing is good.
Voice/talking, amazing. (Which makes all of the visual triggers such as the lights and the sticks good since you're providing instructions etc the whole time.)
Spray bottles are good.
Tuning forks are awesome.
"Skin" sound, it's good being tapped on the second go, but the slapping sound on the first go... it kind of sounds like exaggerated porn lol. Also, puffy one is better.
Brushes are good.
Lids are great.
Ear tapping is awesome. (Tapping good, cupping bad!)
tl;dr: I really enjoy your doctor RPs the most. ESPECIALLY the ones where you're doing comical things with your other yours, Alissa and the crazy scientist. (That video where you kept doing the thing to make the other personality fall asleep was awesome.)
The dim yellow light is disappointing because it doesn’t trigger my tingle response but a brighter blue light does. I can tell it’s more likely to happen when I can see a little halo around the beam!

My only hate?
"SPIT PAINTING".
I was in the military and I've seen stuff that would give most nightmares. It never bothered me. I've seen some bad stuff. Spit painting videos for some reason give me chills, not tingles.
I mean they gross me the @$#% OUT!
