Feel free to comment any tips or tricks that you find useful :) - If you're cutting acrylic with masking on: I've found that it is helpful to spray the pieces with a sealant spray such as "aleene's spray acrylic sealer". The sealant dries the masking and makes it easier to peel off!

Whenever I have had an issue they’ve responded via email within a day or so. I do wish they had a phone number or live chat, it would be very helpful.
