Hello Fry, you should try to make a deck with Sap-Fling. I only found one on RUclips (from 5 years ago). It could work in a splash + move deck (Snapdragon + Banana Peel) or maybe with Molekale
Or just as a 6 drop in a ramp deck? 6 cost 5/3, a zombie gets -3 strength, covers an environment, stays on the field. Another idea is to leap it like you mentioned, because most of its value is in the ability. Also I would like to see a tricorn ramp deck. If you evolve it on a lil buddy or one of the sunflowers that you ramped with, then it does 4 damage in 3 lanes. Just don't play your sunflowers in 1.
@@supremechaosbeing2696 Ramp was the first thing that came to my mind, but it's such a sad card due to Brainana being in the Smarty class as well. Same goes with both cards, most of their value is in their ability, but Brainana's ability is objectively better. I agree with you about Tricorn, it has a lot of potential, especially with ramp.
The reason the impfinity has -1 brains is because he ramped with a conjured cryo brain so the brainanna drained more brains than it normally would've that turn
Can someone explain me why to add flourish in the deck at all? You have 40 cards, some of them become flourish, then you mulligan then draw something for a few turns. And if you get flourish at the first 2 turns, you are wasting space in a hand, and when you actually have sun to use it, it costs 3 sun to draw 2 cards, BUT flourish are wasting place in your hand so you actually replace 1 flourish card and draw 1 new card. Useless piece of trash. 🌱🤮 BuT iTs GoOd At ThE lAtE gAmE! My brother in Christ, anything that cost 6 and more suns are good at the late game, just add dragon, coffee or something else
@@funguy398Sometimes you don’t necessarily want to have more cards in your deck. Having a card that draws you cards lets you have more consistency with getting the other cards, which is what you want in decks like freeze. While flourish isn’t really that good, it does help in the deck.
30:38 yeah, I've talked with people about this before. It's 50-50 according to: (1/4 * 1) + (3/4 * 1/3) The guy in chat, zip, is failing the math. You don't just add probabilities like 3/12 + 4/12, it just doesn't work. If he was smart, he would have noticed that his hypothesis from his method wasn't adding up with the conclusion of other methods (those methods being: 6 different outcomes with 2 that work, and the fact that dancers are going to fill exactly half of the ground/height lanes)
It is a 50 percent chance of a lane 4 backup dancer. The probability is 1/4 + (3/4*1/3) which makes 3/12+3/12 which is 50%. The 1/4 is the probability of the first one hitting lane 4, and the (3/4+1/3) is the probability that the first one goes to a lane that’s not 4 and the second one does hit lane 4.
ik no one is probably going to see this, but coding in games is never simultaneous, so the backup dancers can't be chosen at the exact same time for example, the code could go through a lane, run a random chance from 1 to the amount of lanes left, and if it doesn't spawn a dancer, then do the same to the next lane, and all of that twice or smth nvm i'm getting tired and not gonna write more
1:13:52 (this is talking about the end of the previous game) I don't think he had strength because I don't think he would've played Eureka at all. I think he was trying to look for a bungee or something for lanes 2 or 3. If he had strength he would've thinking capped for a minion for lane 2, strengthed it if he got it, and block lane 1. And if he didn't get a minion, hope for herioc health or something
Had a crazy game with a bot yesterday Was playing against super brains I was beta carratina on turn 8 he played gondola hit my face as it was in the water then spawned plank walker which then spawned another gondala and a warlord with barrel roller thankfully I had 2 shrinking violets in hand man I would have been done if not for that
*This comment has been proven inaccurate.* I think having a backup dancer land in a certain lane is a 58.33% (7/12) chance and here's my reasoning: Code runs in a linear fashion so that two things can't happen at the exact same time. That being said, two random numbers will be generated one after the other. The first random number will have a range of 1 - 4 since a backup dancer can either land on the heights lane or one of the three ground lanes. After that number is generated, the code now needs to take into account what lane is filled with a backup dancer since they obviously can't land in the same lane. This changes the probability of landing in a certain different lane to 1/3 since one is already filled. If you add 1/4 (3/12) and 1/3 (4/12) you get 7/12. I don't know how EA/Popcap coded this so they could have some weird way of handling this situation, but what I explained above is the simplest way to code this. If the interaction were to be coded in Python, the simplified code below would be one way of doing it. import random var rand_num = random.randint(1,4) placed_zombie[0].lane = rand_num var new_rand_num = random.randint(1,4) while new_rand_num == rand_num: new_rand_num = random.randint(1,4) What this code does is assign the first zombie a random lane (1-4) and then choose a random lane for the next zombie. If the second zombie gets the same randomly generated lane as the first, a random number is selected again until they are no longer the same number. You would of course have to take into account which lanes are already full, but for our purposes this wouldn't matter. To summarize, if EA/Popcap coded this interaction how I assume most people would, the first zombie has a 1-4 chance of landing in a lane, and the second zombie has a 1-3 chance.
@@sagittariusa2145 Never mind, I was wrong. I checked my script again and found an error with it. Here is the new code: import random lane_one_count = 0 for i in range(10000): rand_num = random.randint(1,4) new_rand_num = random.randint(1,4) while new_rand_num == rand_num: new_rand_num = random.randint(1,4) if rand_num == 1 or new_rand_num == 1: lane_one_count += 1 print(lane_one_count) Running it several times in a Python IDE will result in a common printed value of close to 5000 almost every time. I will update my inital comment to reflect this. Thank you for your explanation and sass.
You forgot to take into account that the second zombie is only needed when the first one misses. The chances are therefore 1/4 (the chance of the first one hitting) + (3/4*1/3) (the chance of the first one missing and the second one hitting) this totals 50%
I had a minor idea of a deck that could work with extreme luck Graveyard + Zombot 1000 could create an ultimate troll where your opponent is lured into a false sense of security, only for everything they just placed to be destroyed in seconds by a hidden zombot
@fryemupgaming lookup the Monty hall problem. It explains what you were talking about at 28:00. There is more of a chance to get a dancer or impfinity in lane 4 because it is 1/3rd a chance instead of 1/4th. Since the first dancer/imp has a 1/4 chance of each lane. But the second one has a 1/3 because of the definitive placement of the first. Of course if the first lands on 4, that’s a 0/4 chance since the space was taken up already. But at that point there is, again, a 1/3 of getting it in any of the other 3 lanes.
@@chrisbraysstormlogs It does. And it is possible to figure out even without looking at the developers code. All we’d need to do is take 100 instances and see that ratio for it. If it is a higher chance of landing in the right lanes, then we know it’s closer to a 1/3rd over 1/4th chance.
