Such a good match. I only wish they’d have worked Juice losing his dreads into it in some way. Mox attacking him and cutting his hair. Would have been a hot as fuck angle

But FIRST OF ALL. Shingo was already defeated by the Mox match, he lost to Ospreay before that.
SECONDLY. Ishii & Naito are two of the best wrestlers, really ever... so that’s the case for almost everyone they wrestle.
THIRDLY Mox got over in NJPW for his great matches/ G1 Run, the fans over there & over here (United States) loved it, he had great matches with Taichi, Goto, Yano, Jay white & Jeff Cobb were decent, & the rematch with Juice was good.

I've never noticed before the subtle smile KENTA had on his face when Shibata had him in the corner. The mask falls for a quick moment and you see how happy KENTA is for his friend and to be part of that moment.
Definitely going back and watching that g1 final show again. KENTA’s heat was nuclear that night.
no modern day wrestler will ever have as much heat as KENTA did when he ambushed Naito at WK

Sleeping Sceptile Eh, I didn’t have much of an issue with it tbvh it was completely unexpected and it at least made rollins a star cause he was definitely seen as the guy to be left behind, Ambrose was horrible with legit no substance cause they had literally no direction for his actions since they were legit banking on him to use roman’s cancer which is dumb, then a horrible match vs their first, and was just a giant waste of our time

Kenta heel turn was gold. It felt really heartbreaking when he betrayed shibata. Followed by the heat he created in the wrestle kingdom infront of thousand of people. Absolute heel

@@alptuggul2984 Kenny and Young Bucks are all stellar wrestlers, the best among the best in the world, but they already showed us everything they could in NJPW. No one would ever forget those classic clashes between the top factions. Their leaving might not be a waste, since we have a revived Bullet Club with actual heel feeling, something NJPW was missing at that time. Let's just say they had their decisions and it's time to move on.

I was at the G1 Climax Final. The way the crowd went from being excited to see Shibata in action to pissed after KENTA punted him was intense to witness in person.

Rusev (Miro) and Aiden English (Matt Marquee/Guerrero/Rehwoldt) could do really well as the next aggressive imports, or at least start that way. Heath Slater, too. If Japan can look past his appearance, Lio Rush could be great.
Gallows and Anderson could of course come back.
As for other free agents, if Martin Kirby comes out of retirement, I'd really love to see him, Joe Hendry, and more WCPW originals.

I love the bullet club and I really love gallows and anderson asa tag team . But I would want Karl to have a singles run in njpw as he'll be coming home after a long time he'll get a HUGE response . Njpw can capitalize on this and turn him into a babyface ( yes I said it Karl taking a face turn ) He can then have an underdog storyline with the bc OGs trying to recruit their long lost friend but he'd disagree thus turning the bullet club against him . Then he can have awesome matches / feuds with jay white and kenta then hw could eventually win the G1 and challenge naito okada or whoever is the iwgp champion then and become the iwgp heavyweight champion. The fans would love it and of course it was his dream to be the iwgp champion and what better way possible! And then even we won't have that feeling that man ! Karl was the first gaijin finalist but could never win the G1 .
I know we would love him to join the bullet club once again and be its mouthpiece BUT this is probably the only chance to make him a singles' main eventer again .
Imagine the pop when he uses the gun stun or the swivel gun stun . As jay white and kenta his foil he could prove his dominance . Bring back his old moves especially those he uses as killshot in smaller indie promotions and then could have a good 8 month reign and the good thing is that hw can join the bullet club even after this . Suppose he loses the championship njpw could tease a heel turn since hi 5th month and make him lose one non title match ( njpw champions are respected and James Ellsworth doesn't defeat them ) then after the match probably with okada who would probably be the best babyface he would shake hands and then not let go of his hand and hit him with rainmaker and aligning himself with the bullet club

Then next week gallows explains it in heel fashion and says he didn't have a choice left and continue to cost him matches or sneak attack then Karl who is golden on the Mic can deliver a pipe bomb kind of thing . Man trust me this would be amazing

Gedo is a smart booker. There are too many bullet club members as it is. I think he will do a singles run maybe face Mox for the title or even bigger.
