Out of all the characters in the F&F franchise, Han is by far my favorite. Always eating snacks and a man with words of wisdom. Money isn't everything.

So Han is basically Fast and Furious version of Loki. Everybody loves him, we all want a spinoff about him and Gisele (flashback) and somehow he is alive

Yes, Han has appeared before the Fast and Furious franchise, in the movie Better Luck Tomorrow. He had the death of his cousin in that movie before the death of Giselle.
I still can’t believe that a movie based on an actual murder in California (Better Luck Tomorrow) is very likely to be canon to Han’s character.
