I was having a rough emotional day so I turned on my favorite RUclipsrs. And here they are dressed in the happiest of colors yellow and it’s almost instantaneous how much I better I feel! Seriously you guys, the amount of happiness your bring to people just being you is unreal. Again, thank you for being you!! 💛💛
Just wanted to thank you guys for being so responsible with the shelter in place orders. Some other Disney RUclipsrs posted videos today of them all hanging out without masks and sharing food in close quarters and it’s just disappointing. Stay safe guys!
I have tell you guys - last Friday, my roommate and I decided we would “travel” to Japan last Friday. We had a lovely Asian inspired meal and set a low table. Then we turned on the Tokyo Disney videos you made a couple of years back. It made the trip! Thanks for documenting that so well. It was the next best thing to being there.
You can chop your basil, place them in an ice cube tray and pour olive oil then freeze. When frozen solid, pop them out into a freezer bag/container and when you’re ready to use them, take one or two out to cook with. You can even mix other herbs and do the same thing. Great way to use up extra herbs! Happy early Mother’s Day to you Jenn!!! Bless you all ❤️
Your baby is so lucky! He has both of you when he really is starting to learn about the world. He will learn that you two are loving and dependable. That will give him confidence and strength, such a great start 😀
I’ve been a fan of Tim and Jen for years and years , from bathroom remodels, pool cleaning , park exploration and nowadays being new parents much like myself . What is really love to see is a. Walk through video of the workflow of how you make a vlog , from getting up grabbing a camera to how you export footage , what you use to edit and how you save and back up all that data , after years of these vlogs , the trackers must have the workflow nailed ! , pleas share ! , thanks
When Jackson is forward facing you can put his hands in the carrier with him. Might be more comfortable for him to be able to chew on his fingers. Also, he is a great age for the ring sling that you used when he was a baby. He can sit on your hip and see everything but you can have both hands free to do things.
Its just great seeing you guys. Makes my day much better. Cant wait til you get back to the parks. Want to see Jackson do more attractions and see his reactions.
Yes. When I prune my Basil, I wash it, chop it up, mix it with some olive oil to prevent freezer burn and it going brown and then freeze it in ice cube trays. Then when I want to use it, for example in a pasta sauce, I just pop one of the cubes out and it melts into the sauce.
Freezing herbs will destroy the plant's cell walls, which means they'll be dark, limp and mushy when thawed. This makes them subpar at best for salads and sandwiches. However, this is completely fine if you're using them for soups and stews!
FYI - With basil, you want to use the fresh leaves (chopped, chiffonade, or whole - depending upon recipe), and make sure that you nip off the flowers of the plant. You don't want the basil to flower. That way, it will use its energy to keep providing you the edible leaves. Fresh basil tastes so much better than dry basil. You can, however, dry the basil for use in colder months after the plant is gone (in Florida, I don't know if the plant will die in fall - maybe not). There are ways to freeze the fresh basil in ice cube trays, too.
Love Scott and Adrian I remember them telling us how excited they were to have you on their show! Would love to have you on our podcast some day to talk horror! Keep up the great work! Wishing you and your family the best!
Babies will always leave you guessing so get used to it🙂. Any home vlogs with all of you makes my day. Little early but Happy 1st Mother's Day Jenn♥️ Seriously cereal is hard to open. I always make my brownies from scratch, they are so good
You can totally use the fresh basil! Take the leaves and stack them on top of each other then roll the bundle up. That makes it much easier the cut into little strips. You would have to add it at the end...doesn't hold up well to cooking. I like to add it on top of my pizza slice to make it "gourmet". You could also make pesto but you would need a ton of basil. Your drink idea sounds really good too.
I genuinely hope you are enjoying quarantine as much as you appear to be! Glad you are making the beat of it! Hope we can make it safe to get back to the parks soon.
I spent many years as a lead infant teacher. It’s common form breastfed babies to not poop for days. But if you do feel like he’s having a hard time, a warm bath does help. We also had a full time nurse at our center, so she’d also recommend giving them a tiny bit of warm water to drink to get things moving. When he’s a little older, she also recommended pear juice over prune...just as effective without the tummy pains.
Steel Vengeance was intense but AMAZING! Hopefully you both can make it to Cedar Point some day. Keep up the awesome blogs. Love watching these every day.
Started watching you maybe 3 years ago? But then I binged and watched from the beginning and I’m still going thru the old vids but HECK! I love you both and I love the home vlogs and the park vids. I will be a subscriber forever. You guys are the best
Loving the home vlogs keeping us all entertained in Quarantine Babee all the way in the UK! My boyfriend is a massive fan of the music for your lego and roller coaster music xx
@@tarasue4432 if you ask a doctor, that length is the perfect length to protect the nailbed. If you ask anyone with manners, your comment was unnecessary.
Did anyone else find themselves chair dancing during the building of the coaster with that zippy music? Maybe quarantine is just making me appreciate the little joys in life. Jackson napping with your Parent type ASMR was so damn cute.
Gosh! Jackson is sooo cute! Another momma gave me the tip of rolling up a swaddle and set it under the babies bum to prop him up higher in the carrier. It doesn’t mess with the body mechanics 😊 also try the Lillie Baby carrier, love the front facing with that one.
Back in my day I could open a cereal bag with ease. Now you mangle the bag opening it. Humanity has taken a step back when it comes to cereal bags. 🥛 😁
Y’all are so cute! Love watching you guys cook and build coasters and the plants are awesome. Love how you enjoy everything about Jackson! He’s so cute and getting so big. Glad you’re moving him to crib cuz he can turn over now and will be mad cuz he can’t turn over in bassinet. 🥰
Tim, as an amateur basil aficionado (or just someone who can't get enough of it), I highly recommend you DO NOT dry the basil. That lovely taste you sampled is from the oils in the plant which pretty much disappear once dried. It's why dried basil flakes in the jar from the store pretty much taste and smell the same as dried parsley or dead lawn clippings. For full effect, You need those oils to get into the ol' Olfactory receptors! This happens best when you chew on or chop up the fresh leaf. Enjoy that basil!
That first shot of Jackson facing forward cracked me up because it went from here’s dinner and boom there’s Tim standing there. Maybe I’m just slap happy but found it very funny.
If Jackson has a difficult time not being in the saddle try the zipadee zip. My baby loved his swaddle but we recently started rolling and we tried the zipadee zip and he loves it. It gives them room to move but they still feel secure and cozy. We love it.
those Basil leaves are PERFECT for a Caprese salad! Soft Mozzarella , tomatoes, basil, and balsamic vinegar. (I add a bit of salt and pepper also). You can make it in big circles with a slice of tomato, slice of mozzy cheese and a whole leaf of basil. Or as a salad with cut up tomatoes, small mozzy balls, and diced basil. I add pasta and sometime leftover rotisserie chicken to it as well for a whole meal. Great summer time meal!
You can put cut basil in a glass of water and cover with a ziploc bag. Keep at room temp and change the water every couple days like you would flowers. At least that’s what Rachael Ray taught me! Good luck! 🙂
The same thing happened when we had an AeroGarden, the basil took over and killed all the other plants 😄 Also, for baby constipation, you can try gently rubbing his little tummy in an “up and to the right” kind of circular motion. That’s the direction the large intestine moves, so you’re kind of physically helping him move his bowels. That almost always worked when my toddler was a baby.
You need to make some pesto with your basil. Olive oil, pine nuts, basil to go over your pasta. Also repot the basil and stick it on your kitchen windowsill
I have "Cereal Scissors" in my kitchen jar on the counter. I use scissors every time I agree cereal bags are wayyyy stronger. maybe not glued anymore, heat sealed?
You can pick the little stems with the leaves and freeze them for future use. That's what I use for meatballs and homemade tomato sauce. Use it fresh with mozzarella and tomatoes and add it pizza too.
Jenn .. as a mexican .. to make frijoles refritos, You have to leave a little bit if the juce .. !! ;) Another tip .. place the can on the blender .. after on a pan with a little of oil and salt .. and warm it for like 3 min .. delicious
make a pesto sauce. just add extra virgin olive oil and crushed garlic and parm cheese, either eat on pasta hot or cold right away or jar it up and put it in the fridge for a later date to enjoy! when Jackon sleeps arms up he looks so chill :)
I love watching your videos! Y'all are precious together and Jackson is the cutest! Love his chunky baby legs! Maybe he's having tummy issues because he's teething. That can cause constipation or other stomach problems. And both can result in a grumpy baby. Poor Jackson. 😥 I can't wait to check out Jenn's channel!!
For dessert you should make homemade cookie dough one day then put as much in the fridge as you want or in the freezer portioned and ready to bake. You can have fresh cookies all week for dessert. It is quick and delicious! 😊❤️💫
Chop up that basil for easy caprese salad or throw in blender for pesto. Yum yum! It will just keep growing and just keep cutting off the top. Basil plants are the best.
Golden Crisp is the cereal you're thinking of. It used to be called Sugar Crisp. It had Sugar Bear as a mascot. I remember Corn Pops also coming in an aluminum bag.
I love ... "Jen's Closet Confessions"...lol!! That should be a regular installment.
*YAY! My favorite timelapse music! 🎵Ba dum Ba dum...da da...bum bum bum BUM!🎵*
The song is called "Summer Is Here" from Fire and Water Record Label. It's on Spotify.
Lol. I sang the bums in my head.
Perfect!
🤣🤣🤣 Jackson sleeping
Jenn: I don't want to move.
Every mom on earth

Sabrina Fox I saw that, was surprised they had a baby with them.

Tim *makes the basil into a little hat for Jenn*
Jenn: a basil hat
Tim *wheeze*
Me: man, they really do give off best family vlogs energy
Those coaster models are awesome!
Its just great seeing you guys. Makes my day much better. Cant wait til you get back to the parks. Want to see Jackson do more attractions and see his reactions.
I love how jen asked if its edible and tim just bit the basil leaf with no hesitation 😂
Thanks for the vlog! Jackson is changing everyday, so cute. Enjoy your time at home with him ☺️
U can FREEZE the Basil! Then defrost to have “fresh” herbs 🌿

Fresh pesto would also be good and can be stored in an airtight jar in the fridge!
Jackson just gets more beautiful everyday ! He is one gorgeous big boy 🥰

Just think how tough this baby stuff would be if either one of you had a job outside the home! You two are beyond blessed!
Love Scott and Adrian I remember them telling us how excited they were to have you on their show! Would love to have you on our podcast some day to talk horror! Keep up the great work! Wishing you and your family the best!
You guys with your colour coordinating outfits is the cutest thing

Hi Trackers, loving the timelapse music 🎶👍 and back to 'Home Vloooooog'
Strawberry and basil with a splash of balsamic glaze and some seltzer all muddled together is really good
Brownies and baking is so easy. I just bought a cheaper version of the kitchenaid, a brilliant purchase. When I make Welsh cakes I will send you pics.
Oh the mini roller coasters are so cute 💙

That garden is coming very along tim looking great
The cereal was super sugar crisps and sugar bear was the character - love you guys ❤️
Hey Tracker Family love y’all and your vlogs are amazing! Hope y’all have a great Friday and a great weekend too!
You can muddle the basil & mint together and add it to lemonade. It is so refreshing and delicious!
I spent many years as a lead infant teacher. It’s common form breastfed babies to not poop for days. But if you do feel like he’s having a hard time, a warm bath does help. Brendon Risner-Linda I came to the comments looking for another CP fan!! Hi! 👋🏻
Strawberry and Basil muddled with soda water or lemonade is delish!
Started watching you maybe 3 years ago? But then I binged and watched from the beginning and I’m still going thru the old vids but HECK! I love you both and I love the home vlogs and the park vids. I will be a subscriber forever. You guys are the best
Ok don’t mean to be weird but watching Tim build the little rollercoaster I noticed his nails are super nice. Kudos to you!
You two look so cute with matching outfits. Especially Jen with her bow. Its nice that you are still dressing up a bit during quarantine
Loving the home vlogs keeping us all entertained in Quarantine Babee all the way in the UK!
My boyfriend is a massive fan of the music for your lego and roller coaster music xx
can we just talk about how nice Tim's fingernails are?
too long lol
Seriously! He has the neatest nails. Way better looking than mine.
@@tarasue4432 if you ask a doctor, that length is the perfect length to protect the nailbed. If you ask anyone with manners, your comment was unnecessary.
I was wondering about that, too. How does he keep them so clean. I almost never go outside, but my nail are perpetually gross.
Shannon Bristol I noticed that.
I love you guys. Always enjoy your home vlogs. ❤️🤗
They have things to put under the crib mattress to make is vibrate, for the movement.
So had a good day myself. Got to tear down and eat Turkey today. So sweet. My man so cooked it for us today. Blessed
I use basil in water for flavored water. Sometimes I add strawberries. It’s surprisingly delicious and reminds me of summer.
Clusters was a good cereal!!!! It had a real squirrel in the commercial. My dads favorite cereal ever
Thanks for the vlog guys! Was a blob of a time! Loved it

Tim and Jenn I enjoy your how bolg and listen to your podcast on spotify it was fun
I think when you face baby forward in carrier you have to change where the buttons sit in the carrier. It has a different setting for forward sitting
You can make caprese salad with your basil.
Just watched Horror Nights Unscripted, it was great you killed it!!

I’m loving Jenn doin more camera work!
Oh my I remember the old cereals that were in the aluminum!! Brings back so many memories.
Random hodge-podge is good. I think your dinner looked great!
those Basil leaves are PERFECT for a Caprese salad!
Soft Mozzarella , tomatoes, basil, and balsamic vinegar. (I add a bit of salt and pepper also).

Yay!!! Hi everybody! Hi Tim!!! Hi Jenn!!!! I loved this episode!!! I bet those coasters were fun to make!!! Have a great day everyone
Basil makes delicious pesto! Just need some garlic, nuts (usually pine, but you can use walnuts or almonds or any similar nut) and olive oil!

Steel Vengeance is definitely my favorite roller coaster of all time, Iron Gwazi looks like it will be just as intense!
I remember that cereal! It was Sugar Golden Crisp! It was the same thing as Sugar Smacks. I remember the foil bags. Thanks for the nostalgia!
Wow those are crazy small. You have me playing Rollercoaster Tycoon after the lego build. LOL. Let's see more Legos while we are stuck in the house.
Thanks for bringing the sunshine, Trackers.
If you’re making desserts - try scones! Yum with whipped cream and jam
omg, Jackson's little thumper romper is so freaking cute on him! And that tostada/taco looked so good.
Omg! 90 Day Fiancé!! I love that show so much
You are so correct about the cereal bags. It is nuts. And if you aren't careful you end up tearing the entire bag.
I have "Cereal Scissors" in my kitchen jar on the counter. I use scissors every time
I agree cereal bags are wayyyy stronger.
maybe not glued anymore, heat sealed?

You can pick the little stems with the leaves and freeze them for future use. That's what I use for meatballs and homemade tomato sauce. Use it fresh with mozzarella and tomatoes and add it pizza too.
Corn pops and honey something came in foil bags. If you want to dry out the basil you have to hang it in a dark dry place, otherwise freeze it.
Yes. Cereal bags and cracker packs are harder to open!

I can't wait to check out Jenn's channel!!
You can also dry out the basil in the oven. If you bake it at a low heat (160-170 F) for about three hours
I think the podcast guests are KrispySmore because that is what Tim and Jenn said to them when they met at Tokyo Airport.
Disney Springs is doing a phased opening May 20th!! Who’s excited!!
Jaclyn lockwood ME!
Yayyyy
Meee
?????????
yes
We just made dole whip 😊😋🍍 missing Disney....also side note: my daughter loves your time lapse music 😁 me too
I’m going to be working at Iron Gwazi! I can’t wait for the park to reopen
I would love to see Tim host a documentary special on roller coaster structures and how they work on the travel channel or something.
