I can definitely see where he's coming from cause I'm not a huge fan of that song either. I also don't get why Savior seems to be their most popular song. There are way better songs even on this record.
Can we stop with the whole "I don't get why ___ is so popular" Obviously, it's popular because people have different opinions and lots of people like the song. Nothing wrong with that, and nothing wrong with your opinion, just don't act like it's superior... damn
Savior is one of the best songs they have written and it sounds like a song from their previous records. At last I have found my answer about Injection! It is what I thought it was, I'm so glad :D
Ah man me too.. He's the kinda guy who would actually sit down with someone and talk too. Given he has enough time with his family and work and all. Such a pure and just over all cool guy
I remember the first time I saw him at the house of blues in Chicago. i had just came from Pakistan just to see his concert. I grew up listening to him and then he finally came on stage and my legs started shaking and I almost cried (I didn't cry). That had never happened to me before. I realized that this man has no idea who or what I am but in many ways he shaped into the man I am. Very few people have that kind of influence over me. I really want to meet him even for just 10 minutes
I like that he mentioned the truth about having a child. A lot of people don’t ever say anything about once they grow to the age they have a personality and begin thinking on their own. That moment changes everything from the first stages of being a parent when it’s just those “ sleepless nights “ and then suddenly you have a walking talking person who is in need of your guidance while also finding their own way. It’s a crazy journey.
Savior isn't my favorite song on the album, but it is the most important to me. Reminds me of when I met my best friend and we connected over music in a place where no one seemed to give a shit about anything other than pop or country. He took his own life in 2018 and I've still never recovered from it. Every time savior comes on, I get hit with a wave of sadness along with a slew of flashbacks of better days.
TIM to me you are a genius, your lyrics are inspiration to me, for my life I will always be a fan of Rise Against. Every one of your songs I can listen over and over again and always find a message, something new I word or a phrase that changes my mood. It doesn’t matter how shitty my day is going your music recharges me. I hope if you ever see this comment just know that I am not the only one who thinks this way your Number one Fan JZ
Kinda drives me crazy that this only covered so few songs and he didn't even explain Savior at all. This band has been absolutely everything to me for a long, long time.. Love the introspection, but need so much more.
First song I heard from them, and it got me hooked. It was in the background of a parkour compilation video back in '06-'07. I found the vid again recently and cried like a bitch.
What about Give It All? I fucking love that song. It was the very first Rise Against song I've ever heard. I remember rocking out to that song back in FlatOut 2
I was always wondering and confused why they didnt play saviour on their tours in the beginning, since it was so pupulair. Sad to hear he didnt like it, and also didnt go into what the song was about for him.
Miracle is about the apathy of the modern person who refuses to participate in activities that impact the world; a message of activism. I Don't Want To Be Here Anymore is about Tim's frustration with how the world has evolved, the killings, the poaching, the climate change etc. This frustration is justifying the title.
Savior his least favorite song there most popular and well known song you guys are the best band ever every band I listen I love rise against the most and keep up the great work
Tim has heterochromia. Both of his iris have different colours. Maybe because of that? Though I’ve never seen a video of him wearing shades before. So I don’t know
Whenever I see black glasses in broad daylight it makes me think their next album's gonna sound like BMTH, which truth be told...has me curious thinking about it. #BFMV
Shit savior is also my least fav song. Actually the song is good but idk why, i feel like its not rise against you know. if its your first song that u meet with RA than probably its your fav song. But im sure most of the people who are listening this band way longer, i dont think they would pick it to top 5.
Savior is a crock of shit. I don't mind their increased popularity (Prayer of the Refugee did that) but Savior is Nickelback inspired punk rock. That song should never have seen the light of day!
Im wondering when he's going to write a song about Benghazi? Or fast and furious? Or lying about keeping your doctor? Or drone strikes on American citizens? Oh yeah i forgot, only trump can be bad. 😒
I love how he didn't like savior compared to everything else, so of course it became their biggest song that he would have to play at every show
MrMcGuyver377 Savior is One of My Favorites!
I can definitely see where he's coming from cause I'm not a huge fan of that song either. I also don't get why Savior seems to be their most popular song. There are way better songs even on this record.

Thank god it's all a matter of opinion. I think their best album overall is The Sufferer & The Witness. That album is fucking genius.
0:13 House On Fire
1:38 Welcome To The Breakdown
2:27 Savior
4:19 Injection
sharethatvideo thank you
Thanks
when did I write this
I love this. I just wanna sit down with him for hours on end to discuss each song.
Ah man me too.. He's the kinda guy who would actually sit down with someone and talk too. Given he has enough time with his family and work and all. Such a pure and just over all cool guy

God, me too. His lyrics have given me the strength to save myself a few times.

hes gotta do more of these!!
The good left undone!🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
His explanation of Injection is very closes to what a spiritual quest is.
That's really interesting about "Houses on Fire" - I never would've guessed that, but it totally makes sense when you look at it with that knowledge.
Thank you for keeping Savior ❤️ that song kept me going during one very rough period of my life.
Six ways til Sunday outro is so awesome.
When he started talking about how he used to speak gibberish in order to create lyrics and vocals, the "Simlish Version" of "Saviour" made more sense.
I wanna know about survive and who wrote that sick riff
he was talking about savior, not survive..
@coma toes
He looks like Dr Drew's son
BANE WANe to this day it’s still one of the coolest and most difficult intro/verse riffs
@ No need to call them an idiot. You can correct someone and still be kind.

I love his voice 😍
Politics of Love... I wonder the inspiration behind that one!!
Why isn’t this longer 😢
No dislikes at all 😂 I'm proud
Saviour is the song that made me love them. Now here I am, know every song, have every album.
This video is 💯
Kinda drives me crazy that this only covered so few songs and he didn't even explain Savior at all. This band has been absolutely everything to me for a long, long time.. Love the introspection, but need so much more.
They really picked some of the most random songs haha. Houses on Fire & Injection. Although I love both songs.
House On Fire was pretty popular
and Injection is one of their best deep cuts
They have so many good songs, great Band !!!
You know he is a serious musician when he wears sunglasses in interviews
You could say that there was an "APPEAL TO REASON" to keep Savior on the record... :D
Hell no. Fuck that song. That song should never have seen the light of day.
@@AlmostaFlipinSkater Oh shut up dude. I'm SO SORRY that you're too hardcore for the success of the song and its content. Douchebag.
I want to hear Tim's original version of saviour
Do More of these Please i found i started liking differnt songs due to knowing what they are about effictivly.
One last thing I beg you please... just before you go.
I watched you fly your paper wings halfway round the world until they...
burned up in the atmosphere and sent you spiraling down
First song I heard from them, and it got me hooked. It was in the background of a parkour compilation video back in '06-'07. I found the vid again recently and cried like a bitch.
I'm still shook up from house on 🔥
What is the name of song in the background?
Curious... The very first song that i listened of Rise Against was Savior in Guitar Hero WoR... Thank God he didn't cut off it from the record...
Savior is their worst song. That song should've been buried like Mr. Precision.
What is that song in the background it's siiick
What about Give It All? I fucking love that song. It was the very first Rise Against song I've ever heard. I remember rocking out to that song back in FlatOut 2
Saviour was my fav song!
Savior is my favorite song in apeal to reason
I always thought of Rise Against, Linkin Park, and Three Days Grace as the "the big three" in middle school for some reason lol
For me it was Skillet, Green Day, and Three Days Grace. I never got into rise against until HS
🖤
I was always wondering and confused why they didnt play saviour on their tours in the beginning, since it was so pupulair. Sad to hear he didnt like it, and also didnt go into what the song was about for him.
That is exactly how I write songs too!
If I didn't know that he's straight-edge I would have said that he's hungover as fuck in this video.
Where can I find the behind the scenes of savior?
I'm a song writer myself and I would love to work with Tim
I want to hear him singing gibberish...
He isn't a rapper
it can be seen in their last dvd (I think it is called Another station, another mile) in which they show how they wrote Appeal to reason
His voice sounds like an 1176 and a neve preamp
I wonder where the inspiration for the songs miracle and I don’t wanna be here anymore came from and what they’re about
Miracle is about the apathy of the modern person who refuses to participate in activities that impact the world; a message of activism. I Don't Want To Be Here Anymore is about Tim's frustration with how the world has evolved, the killings, the poaching, the climate change etc. This frustration is justifying the title.
Savior his least favorite song there most popular and well known song you guys are the best band ever every band I listen I love rise against the most and keep up the great work
I still asking the meaning of Six Ways 'Til Sunday, for me it's a nosense. Awesome video tho ;)
You're the new, revolution, the angst-filled ADOLESCENT, YOU FIT THE STEREOTYPE WELL!!
Everything you want is at your fingertips! I miss the person that you were, but I don't miss you!
I like Savior..
why the glasses??
must've had a coca cola hangover
It’s a bright ass room
Tim has heterochromia. Both of his iris have different colours. Maybe because of that? Though I’ve never seen a video of him wearing shades before. So I don’t know
this video is like 0.25 speed original and fastwarded like 4x to make it regular speed lol
🎧🧠
Narrator-🧠🌮❤️🎤
Whenever I see black glasses in broad daylight it makes me think their next album's gonna sound like BMTH, which truth be told...has me curious thinking about it. #BFMV
Okay who else was at least expecting Prayer of the refugee
yo

Savior is a crock of shit. I don't mind their increased popularity (Prayer of the Refugee did that) but Savior is Nickelback inspired punk rock. That song should never have seen the light of day!
Their acoustic cover of it is so much better.
He never ever said what Savior was about >:(
Saviors badass
I would like to know the story behind swing life away. 😄
At the beginning of this clip he talks a little bit about it. ruclips.net/video/OtENb5wbhio/видео.html
I wanna met your daughter now😂🤘
Бля по превьюшке подумал что это Шнур
Absolutely love the songs, adicted to rise against since i've heard the good left undone 10 years ago.
But mate, trump was a pretty decent president
With how much he claims to dislike consumerism in his songs. I can't help but notice his sunglasses and his hoodie and that Lazy Boy sofa....
Mac el reth.
Get ready to meet Jesus.
Amen. He's returning soon.
Revisit welcome to the breakdown except with our current clown..
woke as fuck
How wrong they were about trump
Saviors so over played. Lol i dont blame him
Im wondering when he's going to write a song about Benghazi? Or fast and furious? Or lying about keeping your doctor? Or drone strikes on American citizens? Oh yeah i forgot, only trump can be bad. 😒
How high was he for this clip? o.0
He always seems miserable
Why did they ask about shit songs?
the hell you talking about? Injection, House On Fire, and Savior are all great tracks
Tim, you have some disease? I see you very aged =(
He looks healthy. He's not 30 anymore. That's what happens when you get older. No need to be a dick.
So only the songs after they became crap :)
it's all jibberish
Love your music but hate your politics!
