I love how he didn't like savior compared to everything else, so of course it became their biggest song that he would have to play at every show

I can definitely see where he's coming from cause I'm not a huge fan of that song either. I also don't get why Savior seems to be their most popular song. There are way better songs even on this record.

Savior is one of the best songs they have written and it sounds like a song from their previous records. At last I have found my answer about Injection! It is what I thought it was, I'm so glad :D
Thank god it's all a matter of opinion. I think their best album overall is The Sufferer & The Witness. That album is fucking genius.

Ah man me too.. He's the kinda guy who would actually sit down with someone and talk too. Given he has enough time with his family and work and all. Such a pure and just over all cool guy
I remember the first time I saw him at the house of blues in Chicago. i had just came from Pakistan just to see his concert. I grew up listening to him and then he finally came on stage and my legs started shaking and I almost cried (I didn't cry). That had never happened to me before. I realized that this man has no idea who or what I am but in many ways he shaped into the man I am. Very few people have that kind of influence over me. I really want to meet him even for just 10 minutes
God, me too. His lyrics have given me the strength to save myself a few times.

I like that he mentioned the truth about having a child. A lot of people don’t ever say anything about once they grow to the age they have a personality and begin thinking on their own. That moment changes everything from the first stages of being a parent when it’s just those “ sleepless nights “ and then suddenly you have a walking talking person who is in need of your guidance while also finding their own way. It’s a crazy journey.

That's really interesting about "Houses on Fire" - I never would've guessed that, but it totally makes sense when you look at it with that knowledge.

I felt the same way about "Savior"
When he started talking about how he used to speak gibberish in order to create lyrics and vocals, the "Simlish Version" of "Saviour" made more sense.
TIM to me you are a genius, your lyrics are inspiration to me, for my life I will always be a fan of Rise Against. Every one of your songs I can listen over and over again and always find a message, something new I word or a phrase that changes my mood. It doesn’t matter how shitty my day is going your music recharges me. I hope if you ever see this comment just know that I am not the only one who thinks this way your Number one Fan JZ

and Injection is one of their best deep cuts
Kinda drives me crazy that this only covered so few songs and he didn't even explain Savior at all. This band has been absolutely everything to me for a long, long time.. Love the introspection, but need so much more.

I was always wondering and confused why they didnt play saviour on their tours in the beginning, since it was so pupulair. Sad to hear he didnt like it, and also didnt go into what the song was about for him.

Miracle is about the apathy of the modern person who refuses to participate in activities that impact the world; a message of activism. I Don't Want To Be Here Anymore is about Tim's frustration with how the world has evolved, the killings, the poaching, the climate change etc. This frustration is justifying the title.

Savior is a crock of shit. I don't mind their increased popularity (Prayer of the Refugee did that) but Savior is Nickelback inspired punk rock. That song should never have seen the light of day!
