For a song with that much emotion and feeling, to even attempt it is brave, Gary Moore was a one of a kind talent, however .. to then knock it out of the park and own it .. that's something else entirely ... What a fantastic way to get lost in the music and spend a few minutes with just that tone ... Amazing job fella!!

I just wanted to give you that piece of information, in case you didn't know, and you would realize that Gary Moore stole another musician's melody and made it his own.
Since many fans of groups or guitarists from the 80s, every time they hear a Riff or melody, from a new group that looks like them, they immediately accuse them of cheap copying, lack of creativity, and unimaginative failures.
To later say that there will never be anything like the 80s where it was all original, and it is not true since those guitarists and bands also stole riffs and melodies from others.

I appreciate you pointing that out, I'm a child of the 70's and have a wild love of music, from Mozart to Cannibal Corpse - there are influences everywhere and each musician pulls upon his favourite music, artists throughout the ages and that then becomes something else, perhaps better, even if only to that artists fans - either way, there are no new notes, just different arrangements - this is true, not only in the musical world, but across all manner of arts and sciences - as the saying goes, we stand on the shoulders of giants!

I used to play heavy metal but oneday I realised there was something missing on my playing and what I found out is that I was just playing without emotion ,,just continuously rely on the fucking speed . However I'm so glad that I realized that point after all and try to put feeling in individual tone as much as I can and this is why we are playing musical instrument

When i heard this cover i got the same chills and emotions as hearing Gary himself. As a guitarist myself i salute you for such an incredible talent and one of a kind attempt at this magnificent song. Just amazing.
OMG, this is absolutely stunning and breathtaking! This is my first time seeing this gentleman play, and I’m truly astounded. I have never seen anyone play with the nuisance, love and sheer romanticism that he plays Gary’s music. I think Gary would be watching this and just smiling, and he probably IS! Amazing dedication to playing this, and feeling it every bit as much as he did. This is my first video seeing you play, but I think if you attack some of his lead in’s a little more aggressively, you’ll have it PERFECT. This made my entire month. Beautiful arrangement.
