I'm glad you defended traditional Pauline authorship. I feel we are on good grounds to defend traditional authorship and we shouldn't give in to the more liberal scholars on the issue of the Pauline Epistles.
+grant mohler I don't think it is a matter if giving in. I was the caller and in Catholic Biblical school, authorship is taught as theory and not required belief. The theory is consistent with recognized forms of historical and literary criticism endorsed by the Magisterium since DIVINO AFFLANTE SPIRITU (1943).
