Very unsure of the 1000 likes that seem to be attached to this video. I assure you, nothing to do with me. Never had 1000 likes on of ANY my videos. Going to be looking into this Chums.
Welldone daz that was my local beach 2016- 2022 , lovely to see ya freezing ya bollocks off!! As I'm currently sitting in Spain in me shorts watching the locals fishing of beach 😄😄nice bud👍
Great video today love the fish and like when you are . I was at Cresswell again I got two place and that it made a nice fire and stay the night to fish is well thank again . Love those videos hope you make more like this
Firstly, how intrepid of you to brave that biting cold to make this video. But what a great flattie session with some excellent flounders to your rods. Dropping your baits into the hole was clearly a killing tactic. Some great advice on bait presentation too. Finally, putting the fishing to one side this video contained some wonderful photography. Thanks for it all Darren. William
Hi bud. Thank you for watching, genuinely appreciate every single watch. Us fisherman put ourselves throught it's 😅. Enjoyable session in a beautiful location. Tight lines.
Darren, what brand fluoro floating stops are you using? I've been on the Seadra ones and it's hit or miss whether you can get the hooklink through without them breaking. Cheers in advance
@@northeastangling so it's not just me then lol. There are some mustad ones on Veals Im going to get some to compare but I've got a feeling they will be the same as the Seadra ones. Cheers for the info
After watching a few channels ive got back into sea fishing a quick session out today after a 30 year hiatus,1 rockling ill take it better than a blank😂keep the vids coming 👍 tight lines.
One of my favourite for big flounder. Who knows? I would like to arrange a meet with a few anglers. Difficult to arrange as I am so last minute 😅. Thank you for watching 👍

Another great video Darren with plenty of fish ,there's nothing wrong with 30cm + mate thems toppers compared to what I catch 😂 , keep plodding away mate that 40 will come soon thanks again 👍
Cheers, Steven. You're right, of course. A fish is a fish! Hopefully, over the coming weeks, I can beat my 43 of last year. Take care and tight lines 👍
Some thick flounder there nice one! am I right in thinking Embleton beach is the one just past Dunstanburgh castle ? Wouldn't mind having a shot up there meself
Now I know where all the flounder have gone. Disappearing more every year more from south West Ireland. Stuff like black bream gilthead bream and trigger fish showing on south coast. I miss the flounder. There heading north

Thank you William. That's very kind of you. I am glad you enjoyed it, makes it all worthwhile. 👍
Absolutely brilliant Darren ,some good fish there , too cold for me mind , but will watch you brave the elements, keep up the great work 👍👍👍🥃
Appreciate that Chris. It was a tad nippy but I never shy away from opportunity. All the best and tight lines 👍
Those fish are well worth the effort Darren. Lovely clean fish too, well done,
Beautiful condition. Super fat too. Alas, no bass, the water was quite clear. All the best.

@Kelp-Jungle inova grip stops or the seadra. They do break on higher line diameters. Not so much using Asso Ultraflex. 👍
@@northeastangling so it's not just me then lol. There are some mustad ones on Veals Im going to get some to compare but I've got a feeling they will be the same as the Seadra ones. Cheers for the info
@Kelp-Jungle it's the bait stops in the centre. The diameters are too small for most lines 15lb plus. Probably aimed at the south coast anglers .
Nice sunrise and some chunky flounders. 👍
Cheers Phil, was an awfie braw day. All the best buddy 👍
Nice flounder I must have got mixed up with comments but I watch all yours videos and all the locals fishing well done happy fishing❤❤

Very kind, Sir. Thank you for watching. All the very best to you 🙂
Do you park at Dunstan Steads and walk across the golf course, same as if you were going to the castle
Yes, David. Just walk straight through .
You can't cast too short on that beach.
The fish are usually right at the breaking wave.
You are indeed correct sir. Thank you for watching. Tight lines 👍
