Yeah, I can see how people would be turned off by not doing a minigame after every turn, refighting the same 2 bosses, and spaces that decide at random who to punish. Preventing a player from moving is complete overkill.
At least it's not like the car Mario Parties where you only do minigames by landing on spaces.
