- It's been a while since I used a Windows based computer without having at least a dual boot with Linux. In this video, I'll be using Windows on a Zotac Zbox NUC. Will I lose my mind and wipe it and put Linux on it, or can I get along with Windows? Join me for some fun playing with Windows!

I dislike using laptops but one thing which I like about it: the ability to scroll sideways with a touchpad. We used to have mice which could do that but these days the scroll-buttons of most mice suck and you can't do it. Also difficult to press for most mice.

I have a laptop which gets BSOD's with Windows10 all the time, around once every 1-2 hours. With Linux 0 crashes. So either the OEM or Microsoft makes a mess of it but whatever the OEM does shouldn't even impact Windows if it does not impact Linux. I tried everything I could to get it stable with Windows, just because I have to use some programs which don't support Linux properly or at all. Clean install after removing the recovery partition did not work, installing none of the OEM-drivers/firmware did not work, installing the latest versions did not work. I even tried disabling the discrete graphics card, no success. On the topig of gaming, in response to Marc his son, I am a gamer and I am 100% fine with Linux. I miss out on a few games but I don't care, enough games run well and the best game (in my opinion, StarCraft2) works excellent on Linux.

@@FastGadgets I’m glad! I actually switched to a newer Dell mini PC with a Core i5 as my main machine. And a M1 Mac Mini is my secondary computer.
Yeah I use 11 on my gaming laptop and then I have a desktop that I use 90% of the time with fedora. I’ve found that 11 just tries to force edge on me so much it’s almost unbearable. Also the installing of applications that I don’t want like all the games is pretty bad. I think this is a good thing however. I think with Apple pushing arm this will force Microsoft back into the arm game. Hopefully we could see a rise in risc that would push people away from windows and x86. I’m pretty white pilled about the whole thing. I’m not saying that this is “the year of the Linux desktop” or anything but it definitely is getting better for us when normies are even getting tired of Microsoft’s games. Happy to see a video from yay man. Keep it up. 💪🏻 I have kept you in my prayer the last few years.
