- Saudi Arabia supports the Palestinian cause but not its leaders and must pay attention to its own interests, said the Kingdom’s former Ambassador to the US and intelligence chief Prince Bandar bin Sultan.
“In my personal opinion, with all the events that have taken place around the world, we are at a stage in which rather than being concerned with how to face the Israeli challenges in order to serve the Palestinian cause, we have to pay attention to our national security and interests,” Prince Bandar told Al Arabiya on Wednesday.

Saudi is not perfect but there is not country today that did and continue to do for the Muslims as much as Saudi. Saudi is facing a lot of hardship from many enemies because they know if it falls there will be one one to protect the Sunnah. May Allah guide them and us and protect us from our enemies.

The Palestinian leadership refuses to play the cards that they have. That's their problem. Then they want to play an old hand that they no longer have, because their current hand sucks even more. And on and on it goes. It's kind of unreal.

History always comes out, we never knew these details and never had a clear picture why is the Palestinian case so complicated
The fact the Arab world finally gets to hear those things makes me feel relieved. We were sadly tackled with criticism and accusations when we said again and again that the Palestinians reject every offer they're given for peace, including ones previously agreed upon, and that the Palestinians proved time and time again that they're not interested in reaching peace, and now finally there's a Saudi official confirming everything we said about it was true.

Not sure how are we traitors?? We can't help you if you're not helping yourself. I expected no less from such political memory, prince Bandar. Great presentation of how hard the Saudi leadership has done more for the Palestinian cause than its advocates. Like prince Bandar said earlier in his first interview, " The Palestinian cause is a just cause, but its advocates failed it, and the Israeli cause is unjust but its advocates succeeded. "

If a Muslim nation can't be upon the right 'aqeedah wa manhaj(as is evident from your words) then there's no benefit in your struggle. this is an excellent video series and helps someone like me a US citizen gain a much broader understanding of the issues surrounding Israel and the Palestinians. Has Prince Bandar released the documents he speaks of during this interview? I would love a link if there is one.
Idiots think this is an attack on Palestinians and not realize that there are tens of millions of Palestinians in the Gulf alone. That isn't the point of this documentary at all, its simply a reply to the Authorities of PA and Gaza and to make sure the Saudi citizen know what their country did for the sake of this case.
Arabs espcially in the gulf grow up with many arab nationalities. I for once grew up with over 10 arab nationalities in my school (many who escaped war) and one of my dearest friends in elementary school was a Palestinian. If you think this document is made to seperate us, think again.

I want peace, and I think all the people in the world have the right to live in peace.
The problem is that the Palestinian side does not want peace, does not want to recognize the State of Israel, and does not recognize the right of all states to live in peace.

Will you show me one Palestinian politician or important figure who openly calls for peace with Israel? Does not exist. All Palestinian politicians want is to preserve the state of hostility..

Israel never destroys Palestinian homes for no reason. The only reason Palestinians are being demolished is when it comes to the homes of terrorists who murdered innocent civilians in terrorist acts.
This was done with the aim of deterring Palestinians from carrying out terrorist acts against civilians.
That is why when the houses of Palestinians are demolished, they are always the homes of terrorist murderers who deserve it.
Jews lived in the Land of Israel long before Muhammad was born at all, Jerusalem was sacred to Jews and Christians before Islam was even created. So it is not really relevant what Muhammad said on the subject. That's the reality.
People are supposed to live in peace together, Israelis and Palestinians, every time they offered the Palestinians clear boundaries, for example in 48 they rejected the proposals, now President Trump also proposed clear boundaries and the politicians rejected the proposal again .. so it is their problem of the politicians.
Most citizens can and are willing to live in peace even without borders at all, who even needs these stupid borders to live in peace?
What he really needs is good economic and livelihood options, and this is what President Trump has also proposed, according to his peace plan they are going to invest $ 40 billion for the Palestinians.
We want peace of course. Saudi wanted this and everyone did even the Palestinians but the Palestinian leaders wanted the money and the states. I think we should divide the Palestinian case in substeps :
First/ Preventing any progress in the occupied territories with the Clinton agreement, would have been wonderful
Then starting the process of returning the right to its owners may be a long process

Interesting stuff concerning palestinian shenanigans. Morocco also suffered similar if not worse transgresions by the palestinians when they sent Troops to support polesario separatists against us. There's even videos of king hassan II ranting and raging against such betrayal. Which is still ongoing in the halls of UN & EU. But in the end morocco still didn't abandon them although i personaly think we should've done so ages ago. I mean all that matters is jerusalem. I'm sure we can come with the israelis to an arrangement similar to hong kong, san marino, singapore or vatican city. Where jerusalem becomes an independent city state in exchange for whatever. I don't care about gaza & west bank anymore. They can get annexed for all i care

As a Moroccan you can easily visit Jerusalem if you want. You don't have to kill jews for that. Just pay for a flight and a visa.
As a Saudi and as a Muslim, I strongly agree, because I see that the Palestinian leaders are pushing the Arab governments to betray Palestine. All they are trying to do is trade in the blood of innocent Muslims, and they are far from Islam. Therefore, all that is important to us as Muslims is Jerusalem, and if the Palestinian people want to liberate their land, this must be their responsibility. If he tries hard then he will get help
