- Starting with 7lbs of my Ultimate Vanilla Cake tinted a bright pink, this cake gets its seedy look with the help of some black cumin! Creating the exotic look of this dragon fruit was no easy feat, but with some fondant and patience this is one SWEET looking fruit!

I live in Hawaii where we have Dragonfruit growing wild...this cake is legit! Looks so realistic! Great job! And for comments saying that dragonfruit is bland, it probably because where you live they are sent to you prematurely picked...just like when we get apples here on the island! When they are freshly picked rom the plant...they are so flavorful!

I have millions of questions but the biggest one is this- how do you possibly get the dyes off your hands? I have tried everything! Scrubbing, bleach, soaking and combinations of all three.
