No trading that 7th overall pick (in my opinion). The Titans should stick and pick either Joe Alt or Olu Fashanu with that 7th overall selection. The offensive line was the Titans biggest issue last season. You've got to start with the shoring up that line first and foremost. Plug either one of those guys in next to Peter Skronski and you've got that left side buttoned up for the next 8 to 10 years. That is, unless Malik Nabors falls into our laps at number 7. However, I really don't see that happening. There is a potential WR that I believe would be a very viable option for for Titans that may just fall to the second round. That is Adonia Mitchell, wide receiver out of Texas. No body can tell me that there are no viable option in the second round. AJ Brown was a second rounder. If Mitchell is off the board at number 38. The Titans could go corner? The defensive secondary is also an area in need of an upgrade.

Treylon is the Tyler Boyd in this offense. It has been offensive malpractice by Todd Downing, Tim Kelly, not to pay attention to what made this man productive at Arkansas. Also, l believe there are receiving options in this draft in the later rounds, as good or better than some of the more hyped options. Bowers is the blue chip player here. We have been burned too many times by "can't miss lineman!"

I agree we should spend the $ for OL in FA and then draft another in the 2nd or 3rd Rd. But the pick at 7 should be NABERS! And it ain't even close. He will be the next Antonio Brown skill wise. If he ain't there I think we should just trade back. We have so many holes we need as many players as possible to increase the odds of actually hitting on these players.

Sam is schooling Austin in this WR debate

I agree with Sam it don’t make sense to stack wide receivers when there is a need at the offense line. The Titans need to give Berks one more year under this new offense, to see what he can do. me personally would take Joe Alt over neighbors but I’m happy with either one.

I think we need a good slot receiver, Tyler Boyd makes sense! We have too many needs to break the bank on an expensive WR! We have to get our WR’s in the draft!

With all due respect, signing a wr in free agency shouldn't keep the Titans from drafting a wr in the 1st round. You can find a quality tackle in the 2nd round for Bill Callahan to develop. Why else would you bring Bill in. I like Joe Alt, but he doesn't score touchdowns.

Goinna be an exciting FA and draft for sure though.

I don't mind the idea as a plan B but if a Blue Chip LT is available, I don't think the Titans need to overthink it...Bill should be there to maximize the talent at other spots and overall cohesion...personally, with all the needs at either spot (OL and WR) I want the blue chip player mostly ready...

Someone had to cleanup the cap last season (after the mess Jon Robinson left) so that we would be able to shop properly this off-season with a real budget and a CLEAR vision for the future and not just a patch up work just enough to make the playoffs.
Cleaning up the cap meant to take a chance in free agency on a lineman (and other free agents we signed ) and have cap flexibility regardless of if the signing would work or not...Bringing Vrabel back with the yes man of his choice at GM would mean bringing back Tannehill and Henry and eat most of that cap space...no thanks!
Ran so far is doing a fine job...

They had no $ to get a LT. Look at Ran’s draft picks, plus DHop for what they got him for. Looks like good things to me.
