ive been doing this plan (the 7 day new you bootcamp) AND the 7 day swimsuit bootcamp at the same time for a few weeks now and im definitly seeing lots of results!! yay! love these videos!
I'm so glad to see it up already! I wish I could work out near my computer... but in this cramped space doing this sort of stuff just isn't going to happen! lol I will try and remember the moves and do them in my living room later.
ha, ive bewen doin this one and the jumping workout for about a month now and my internet was down last night... i was able to visualise the entire workout in my head..Its really good. i think its the first workout routine i've stuck with for this long
I love spark people's workouts. They're easy to follow, but they break a sweat. (I do this one, the kickboxing one (day 1) and the jump rope one. I also add in a few other small workouts too.) I've been losing a pound a day. ^.^
I know this sounds silly,but I am 18 years old,and im over 200lbs, and I'm tired of being the one everyone despises. I just want to say that I will be following your video's everyday,and I hope in the future, I will be 40lbs lighter by May.
@Infamouspirate10 Sweat is not an indicator of workout intensity--just body warmth. Heart rate is the key factor for aerobic benefits like calorie burning.
Each exercises is based on time (watching the clock), so on one side I must have gone faster than the other. Since this is cardio, one extra rep on one side really won't matter.
sparkpeople, I see how I can add your specific cardio video workouts to track calories. But is there a way to do that for your strength training workouts too?
ive been trying to find good cardio work outs, so far this one is my favorite. ive been trying to lose the stubborn belly fat :[ im also going to start dieting ,but i found out some "health foods" actually make you keep the fat if anyone knows some good dieting foods please tell me ^^
how many times can you do this and when can i stop and start up again ... i dont have time or cash to buy the equipment i need to work out and the no time for the gym so ... please some feed back would help
This one is easier than the cardio workout for the Swimsuit bootcamp. I prefered this one though. Any ideas on if Cardio swimsuit workout or Cardio New YOU workout burns more calories?
lol going ahead marching again i love nichole last year I lost 3 to 5 kilogramms (i dont know how many pound it is) just by doing the workouts and watching my food! yes we can! I'm gonna do it again and this year ;-)
I agree that it was a bit more intense than what I believed Nicole said she would be starting off in day one with. Perhaps SP needs to create two different teams for those who need to lose over 100 pounds and those not quite so much weight to have to move around. I hear her panting all slim and trim and me twice her size feeling like Im doing 3x the workout she is.
This looks fun, but my calves feel like they're going to fall off from the Swimsuit bootcamp and Jump start videos。 It looks like i'll have to try this one out sometime after my legs feel better。
i really like Coach Nicole, she's easy, fun and I don't feel the pressure that i feel when watching a blonde, big boob, skinny mini. I'm not hating, more power to you, but for me... I need to relate. SPARKPEOPLE is the best on the net!

Excellent workout. Short, easy to follow, and you work up a sweat. Great if your limited on time but still want to get some exercise in your day.

yeah, it's one of their easier cardio workouts. Have you tried either of the two jump workouts? They're great

If you join the site, they have this workout under their fitnesstracker and it tells you how many calories you burn.

Calorie burn is very individual. Depends on how hard you work and how much you weigh.

for a 140 pound woman, this burns around 40-50 calories. Of course, the figures change according to weight, metabolism, height, etc.
Join SparkPeople and add it to your tracker and it will estimate your calorie burn based on your weight.

I lost 10lbs too but that was doing something else which i forgot O.o...but that was only water weight D: fat burning is tough.
@MegaJodiann i read in a spparkpeople article that you should change your routine every 8 weeks:D
