Thank you very much! This recipe is one of the best I have seen! The inside of the pastry is hollow, and they are cooked a golden color. Also you made sure to flatten the peeks on the dough before baking --- which prevents the pastry from having overly browned peeks after baking. I like that you cut them through the middle instead of poking a hole for the filling. Much better look and easier access for more filling --- and strawberries! They look delicious! 😋 ❤

Same as did my batch sadly. I mean making them wasn’t so bad time wise but I’m disabled ( feet,leg problems) so was highly disappointed when they came out semi-raised bisquity like. I saw a different recipe where the ingredients had higher portions of eggs and butter m, maybe flour too, can’t remember exactly since I don’t have that particular recipe in front of me.
