Yes, thanks for picking up on the 90210 joke 😂 and why I set it up the way I did I couldn’t even tell you but it was one I set up a LONG LONG time ago and I’m sure there was a good reason... I THINK it was due to wanting to keep the harmonized signal completely separate and blend more of the unaffected tone in with it or may have been a resource issue at the time before they improved on that but that’s all I can think of. Today I’d have done it 100% differently using transparent blends and suchbut it worked and just didn’t want to recreate the wheel for my videos because as I’m sure you know, they’re a PITA already. But nonetheless appreciate the highlight. 🤘
Hi, randomly stumbled across this vid and saw Stinky in there! Glad you like the captures and the preset, thanks for the highlight. Totally agree on the pet peeve, it would help enormously if it tied the mode to each preset. I did note it in the preset description but not even I read those things so 😂 cheers dude
I had reservations about picking up the Fortin Nameless Suite X when it was on-sale recently...omg, the presets from Rabea Massaad are amazing! The other cool thing is the 'X' suites have their own VSTs and can be used seamlessly within your DAW, which includes all the same presets you see on the QC! I'm only about 1 month into owning the QC and I'm glad decided to make the jump!
32:30 I thought the dry went into the left mic, and wet into the right mic, so I set it up that way. Does the doubler into a stereo cab blend both signals into one, the same way a mono cab does ?
The stereo can would maintain the stereo signal. I would be rubbing through both mic sims in the IR. The two mics don't affect the stereo unless you pan them.
@@davlavmusic7070 Oh man, that's strange because I have a new MAC Book pro and I can see the QC in the sound Output and Input menu, but I can't hear anything through it. I have a pair of Kali audio monitors connected directly to the QC, and they work great with the QC, but other sources like RUclips won't come through if I have the QC selected as the audio interface. A bit frustrating.
ZW - Seals Live Guitarist Just did a rig rundown and used QC. These are his real presets for stage! Shout Out to Zach Wish: ruclips.net/video/9Wbi3D68Zvw/видео.html
The ZW Seal Live has been my main preset for the last few weeks, it’s one of the best ive heard.
He is absolute monster player and this is has been my favourite preset as well.

Very distinct phrasing, I love it, nice chops! Cheers

Hey, thanks!
Pretty cool that 2 weeks later 2 of your own presets got picked for the NDSP Best of '24 list. Nice! Congrats. Are you on any of the forums?
I'm in the NDSP forum, but haven't been active lately. I'm more active on the Facebook group.

What type of audio interface and studio monitors are you using?
The QC is the interface. I use JBL 305p monitors. But what you hear in the video is just the direct signal from the QC into Logic on my Mac.
