- Visegrád was one of the royal seats of medieval Hungary but its buildings were destroyed in the sixteenth century. The ruins were rediscovered during archeological excavations, and can be visited today in their partially reconstructed condition. The Museum of Visegrád presents the historical monuments of the heyday of Visegrád: the Royal Castle and the Royal Palace. For this reason, the virtual reconstruction of the medieval buildings has an important role in the film, which present three distinct periods: the thirteenth, fourteenth, and fifteenth centuries.

Since Hungary was a large land, when it was difficult to provide security, the Turks settled them near strong castles. Hungary was the most important part of the Ottoman economy. The people, who could not do agriculture, turned to cattle breeding. 100K animals were exported to Europe per year. This export accounted for 94% of the country's economy. The people of the region became rich. The Protestant sects, overwhelmed by the sectarian oppression, sought refuge in the Ottoman state. At that time, the Protestants, who took advantage of this freedom, published many books on Christian theology. The people of the region were never forced to change their religion. There was no compulsion in religion in Islam anyway. Hungarians were free in religion and law.
