Sihanouk Ville is such a beautiful city with natural landscape, moutain and the best beach. I hope they revitalize the city with more public space, green area, community and local market. There are too many casinos, and the real estate is too unattainable for local people which make the city very unattractive for young people to have dreams.

Must import less and less motorcycles into Cambodia and import more Toyota Prius and other hybrid cars and trucks into Cambodia.

Do you know their average salary? Don't think the locals would want a motorbike, especially in rainy season if they could ever afford a car. Be real. It's a developing county after all many are still struggling for basic necessity. Yet I think they're already doing very well. Just give time to blossom. But don't expect Western values, or way of living on Eastern land I suppose. Cheers.
