Good overall but "largest" really = most populous. Jacksonville is the largest American city, not somewhere in alaska. Reminds me of welcome back kotter opening: brooklyn probably wasn't even a separate city + proclaimed fourth largest in the country. Wrong! Interesting details about each place certainly make up for this mistake.

if you are telling me to trust a list that recommends people visit Baltimore in its current state, I think that's a faulty methodology to determine which cities are 'best' tourist destimations. There are several really nice places missing from this list so as not to offend Baltimore or the few other not-so-hot places, I guess.
I disagree on having San Francisco on the list There is feces and drug needles on the sidewalks. There is a tremendous amount of homelessness. I have been there in the last two years and its not the San Francisco I knew in 1980s and 90s. I do not feel safe there.

Baltimore has Fort McHenry, inner Harbor has good seafood and there is a nice vibe around the bay. Not that bad
