Go to bajaj showroom.. Ask for windscreen washer and get it fixed by some mechanic... It will cost rs51

The support from saddle stay to top box plate ..comes with saddle or you bought it separately ?
I designed it, go to some welding shop and tell them this is how yu need .. They will do it
