I purchased Clarks shoes around 4 years ago. In fact, they appear to be brand new but noticed the sole just came off. I contacted WALK ON A CLOUD where I originally purchased the shoes and was told to contact CLARKS CANADA. I contacted Clarks but they couldn't care less. If the shoes are deemed defective within 6 months, we will offer a refund or replacement. After this time, we are not able to assist with such queries.
