5 of my favorite things in this movie: 1. The briefcase suit on the racetrack 2. Need I say more than Natasha Romanoff? 3. The new, triangular Arc reactor 4. Don Cheadle's sass as Rhodey/War Machine 5. All the jokes about Justin Hammer's engineering prowess...or lack, thereof
Its gonna take a few months (years) but I am ready to keep seeing your reactions to the whole MCU. Also the reviews after the movies makes me understand some hidden meaning inside the movies or references :)
Since you watched The Incredible Hulk. I think you should watch the Spider-Man movies of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield. I think you guys would enjoy it so please watch them.
Honestly rewatching these with you guys makes me very eager to see what you think of further installments in the marvel movies. Side characters that may only seem like a small thing in 1 movie comes into play later on so try to remember those who stand out a bit more than the usual crowd. Again glad to see you 2 enjoying the journey so far and love your talks after the movies
the suit is NOT made from iron or steel, it is made from a titanium alloy, steel or iron would be far too heavy to fly, and not strong enough to be effective armor. OK, the reason it is called a mini-gun, is because it is a perfectly scaled down version of the M61A1 Vulcan rotary cannon, which is the same INTERNAL gun used in the F-14 Tomcat, F-15 Eagle, F-16 Falcon, F/A-18 Hornet, and F-22 Raptor, where the M61A1 used in fighter planes, and in every CIWS mounts on every Navy ship, is chambered for and fires the 20mm cannon round at 6,000 rounds per minute, the M-134 mini-gun is chambered for and fires the 5.56mm NATO round at the same 6,000 rounds per minute, the 5.56 is the very same 5.56 that is also used in the M-16 rifle, but the mini gun is small enough and has such low recoil as compared to the M61A1, that it can be mounted in helicopters, in pickup truck beds or carried and fired by a single man, this is WHY it is called the mini-gun, it's actual name is the M-134 AERO. BOTH of them were created by General Electric, the M61A1 in the early to mid 1960's, and the M-134 in the late to early 1980's.
Always love watching your reactions, it makes my day. I so looking forward to reliving the MCU movies with you guys. It’s an incredible ride that you’ll never forget. Don’t forget to check out the post credit scenes. Each movie has one or more.
The little kid with an Iron Man mask at the Expo who almost got blasted ... well, per Tom Holland (MCU Spiderman actor) said that kid was Peter Parker‼ 😁👍
22:19 If you two visit anywhere around here in the Nordic countries, please do consider visiting here in Finland 🇫🇮 as well. 😊 💚 24:05 I agree with you SO much. Iron Man / Tony Stark is so smooth! 🤌🏻 In real life I would most probably hate this kind of person with the personality but, mmm... In these Marvel movies I love him the best. 😂
Have not watched the extended / post movie review... but Larry Ellison (Oracle boss you noted earlier, who the uni-sphere at expo is sponsored by)... is a well known fan of Japanese culture / Zen Gardens. So kinda appropriate to see one there.
Guys, I'm your subscriber from Russia! I started watching your channel from the first reaction to HP! You're awesome, greetings from Russia! ☺️🫶🏼 Привет из России! (Privet iz Rossii - Russian language 😁) 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
Stan Lee and Jack Kirby are the two names people know about when u bring up marvel comics but u had others behind the scenes who contributed. Jack Kirby created alot of the characters before leaving and goin to DC comics
I really hope you guys are able to do this more often. I think you have the best reactions and I love your videos but they just take soooo long in between videos that it’s difficult to really fully invest. Like I would want to invest in the patreon and everything but there’s just not enough content and frequency for it to make sense
Iron man's suit is made out of a titanium gold alloy that is bulletproof , waterproof and fireproof and is completely sealed so he is able to give into space. You really need to watch IRONMAN 2 but only after you have watched "THE AVENGER". The first one before you watch Ironman and before you watch any of the other AVENGERS movies. Make sure that you watch the first THOR movie. Also watch the 2 CAPTAIN AMERICA movies too. Otherwise you will not be able to follow the story line.
That was not Rhodes first time in the silver suit... he did have the code to the lab (maybe to test it as he had free time). Tony and him have probably been out in the suits several times together as well. Not everything in the MCU is spelled out in detail, you have to infer a bit for some of this stuff. Does it make sense that Rhodes would be able to use the suit at all without prior experience? Not really... I think they probably are intuitive... but not flight intuitive. Are Tony and Rhodes the exact same height / body build (no). So that silver suit has probably also been modified to either adjust to each user (maybe Tony set this up before... or maybe he adjusted specifically for Rhodes. Future movies may imply that some suits are adjustable on the fly for user shape/size).
Ooohhh.... Y'all are definitely gonna need to amp up the frequency in which y'all sit down with these MCU films, cuz Y'ALL STILL HAVE OVER 30 MOVIES TO GO TO CATCH UP WITH THE MOST RECENT... DEADPOOL AND WOLVERINE!!! (Which is now THE highest grossing R-rated film of all time as it recently surpassed Joker with well over a BILLION and still in theaters raking in!)
Deep end here. My relationship with death something like a stranger that deep inside I'm eventually gonna meet. It's like it's in every room I'm in observing me like Aragorn watching Frodo and the Hobbits in Prancing Pony. I can't know when he will approach me, if I make a scene in the tavern like wear the One Ring (which aligns with my dreams of being an entrepreneur) will he approach me.
Please if you continue the MCU movies. Go with the release date chart. Some people react to the movies as movie's timeline which can be pretty messed up. So go as per the movie released.
Like i said I love you work, but you didnt talk about Natasha, this is the introduction to another iconic hero, but I know what we saw of her is not much, but her skills are great, and next is Thor, I thinks you will love that,
As long as u guys love buying stuff from marvel keep doing it, but ill warn u if u try to do it for every superhero you might need another studio space😂
2:54:20 so im 17 years old and as of today i am still afraid of death. Mostly because i know deep down i dont have full faith in God and the afterlife, which makes me scared of an eternity of being buried in my grave. Its not the idea that everyone dies that scares me in particular, its the idea that when I die i could be underground forever. And life will go on without me forever. And its difficult to understand eternity and its also difficult to understand the end of the world so both scenarios scare me to be honest. Deep end by the way Im loving these reactions, the mcu gets a bit more deep in terms of the US government and the metaphors to the people of power so i look forward to your interpretations of those movies
Hope to see minimum a marvel movie a week from now on and i guess u missed post credit scene but the next movie is thor also imo captain america films have the mist deep themes in these mivies as those films really tackle moral ethical questions hesd on in the plot and his films are the most consostent as iron man 2 was heavily interferred with and not the director jon favreau full vision it was dar more darker originally and wpuld be adapting the tony stark alcholism storyline called demon in the bottle cap america has the best ark along with iron man in these films there is another character who has an arq has good as them but he doesnt have a solo movie but u will see him in these films he does have a show tho ...
I love how Justin Hammer is endlessly more charismatic, not a Nazi, and somewhat intelligent compared to Elon Musk who is a vaccumm of charisma and intelligence.
Yall must didn't like The Lord of the Rings movies. Yall did all 8 Harry Potter movies but only did 3/6 Lord of the Rings movies, what happened to The 3 "Hobbit" movie? 🤷♂️
Hope it doesn’t get taken the wrong way, but we only watched the 3 LOTR films because that was the start and end of that specific trilogy. We just haven’t gotten to the Hobbit movies or Fantastic Beasts, but we plan to get to those eventually and we plan on reading and watching everything related to LOTR, as well as HP! There are no preferences for us because we loved both in different ways. I definitely personally enjoyed LOTR, even the end of ROTK made me more emotional. Anyways, we’re trying to do more and more reactions, and we do want to watch the Hobbit films really soon.
They should watch daredevil easily the most deep and similar to the dark Knight trilogy by marvel and they seem to love the religious aspects and inspiration and imagery daredevil explores that quite a bit
Nah marvel has done way worse than iron man 2 like thor the dark world and the rest of the shit that ce after endgame like eternals cap marvel shit she hulk lol
Its best to watch movies with sequels back to back. When the emotional connections are fresh 😎 With Marvel movies in release order and not six months apart 🥸

they react to shit way way too slow. It will definitely take a long ass time
How good this is for me to end the week, I love you guys
Iron Man not only revived Marvel but inspired many kids to become engineer's in real life.
He is THE STEM superhero
This movie and The Avengers are the reasons I laughed so hard when people criticized Man of Steel for destroying a large chunk of Metropolis.
I enjoy your reactions, i hope you release the marvel films more often, at this rate it's going to take forever for you guys to catch up
Yes! They’re delving deeper into the MCU 😈
If u go at this pace , between the both parts , u might have to finish mcu from heaven😂😂😂
This was pretty funny😂 We’re planning to do them more consistently now, so hopefully it won’t take us THAT long😂
@@mentallygonereactsThank God 😅❤

Ironman is so cool
Oh snap, was just hoping youd drop a marvel joint. Lets go!!!

they mention it in the post discussion... but is not on screen...

there's always the option to speed it up or skip through. IMO it's cool they're so long

I liked the early stories where IRONMAN was a separate identity from Tony Stark...
In the public eye.
Remember that kid that Tony saved from the AI Robots. Just remember him, and if you don't, I'll remind you guys at some point ;D
Easter Egg: According to Marvel, the little boy in the Iron Man mask is a young Peter Parker who becomes Spider-Man. 🕷️
That was a retcon added years later suggested by Tom Holland
Stop the cap
"Sai daqui moleque" o cara é muito Brasil, não tem como.
Robert Downey Jr was perfect for Iron Man. RDJ is great at portraying likable a**holes. 😂
Awesome reaction of my favorite Iron Man movie!!!!!!!😊😊😊😊😊

the man injured in the Hammer suit is mentioned in Dr Strange

It was established in the last movie via a joke of sorts by Tony that the suit isn't made of iron but a gold-titanium alloy
I like the runtime of these reacts. Welcome to the MCU journey the first 3 phases are unlike anything in cinema. for better and worse
Palladium is a chemical element, a rare and lustrous silvery-white metal discovered in 1802.
After Hugh Jackman, we can say Robert Downey Jr. is the 2nd best portrayal ever of any character of superhero movies! ❤️
The wait time between your next reaction video is the same wait time we had between mcu movies. But golly it’s worth it.
Watch kalki from india guys....costliest movie of india

They edited out the whole black widow fighting scene which by far is the best part of the movie
Natasha is not Tony’s lawyer. That’s Pepper Pots personal assistant.
Reminder:
There will be a point where you have to tangent off the MCU movies and watch the Marvel movies that were made by other movie studios.
The kid is actually a young Peter Parker.😊

Iron man suit is titanium which is tougher to penetrate or destroy than the metal of the cars.
In the scene where Tony first arrives at the Monaco Grand Prix, he walks past Elon Musk. So this is a fun cameo.
It's funny because Elon Musk likes to think he's Tony Stark, but he's actually Justin Hammer; although I'd say Justin Hammer at least has some sass.
I think that kid that he saved in the final fight, is young Peter Parker?!?!
