This is my personal opinion of what I think based on what I’ve watched and read on both of these series. Tell me in the comments if you think otherwise. Subscribe if you enjoyed the video, and read the manga if you haven’t, they’re both amazing.

The truth is that Blue Lock is a diamond in the rough precisely because it goes beyond the rational, personally very few animes make me feel what Blue Lock transmits to you. It's like a slap of reality telling you, what are you doing with your life? Aren't you supposed to come here to prove to yourself that you are the best? Why do you compete if it's not to win? Is losing here the same as dying? It sounds like a lot of fiction but that's how it should be in our lives to give it a meaning to live at 110% that yes many times we will fail but that should not be an impediment to follow your "Ego"
It’s the amazing passion and hype of Blue Lock that gets me going every week I read the chapter.
Yes, in terms of dealing with real life Blue Lock gives some pretty darn lessons, it motivated me to change my life and reignited my self confidence
Isagi is a GOAT as a protagonist; arguably, he's one of the best new-gen characters alongside Yuji. Blue Lock may not be the most realistic when it comes to football, but it's real in terms of life. It boosts your self-confidence and makes you realize that you can be the strongest. Plus, you get multiple lessons from each character, but you have to take their best qualities because no one in Blue Lock is perfect. Barou, for example, teaches great discipline and hard work, but he's also too egoistic. He shows that there are moments in life when you want to give up on your dream, but just imagine what you'd become if you didn't. His ideology forced him to become a better version of himself. The point is, you need to take these strategic lessons from Blue Lock and apply them in real life it can actually help.
That’s the most beautiful thing about Blue Lock and something I ALWAYS keep in mind while reading it so I can apply them to my own life. Thanks for this nice summary.
The thing about Blue Lock is that it just doesn't go with all for one. No, it goes with the ideology that if you want something, you must take it even if you need to hurt a few people to get it, and from what I've seen about Ao ashi you need others to see yourself become a good player and teamplayer in the game and from those two ideologies I love that two of them give us that "All for One and One for All" vibes it just shows us what would happy if an egoist was given the chance to be a teamplayer like Aoi and an soon to be Egoist like Isagi to become the best striker against the world.
That’s such a great way to put it!
The thing is in blue lock it doesn’t follow a traditional striker, they embody a more complete striker. If you look at it isagi excellent at playmaking and doesn’t a bit a defending aswell.. also he was morphed at a faster rate so he always gonna be better
Exactly! You have this right.
This is a tough one! I think it's better to compare them in game. Isagi has the mentality and adaptability, Ao has the IQ and playmaking. I would say that Ao would definitely make it tough for Isagi most of the game, but ultimately when the going gets tough, I think Isagi would win. Mostly because he's the kind of guy that wins you games. He's the "one" that comes in clutch when you need him. Love Ao, I think if he actually existed he would dominate as an attacking midfielder. He would be a generational talent. But Isagi just has the mentality to fight and push through a game and find a way to score! While I prefer Ao, you can't discredit Isagi's ability as a clutch striker, I have to give him his flowers!
That’s such a perfect way to describe what they are both like. LOVE IT!
The thing is. Isagi is pure fiction. Ashito isn't.
That wasn’t the point I’m trying to make. 😅
I know. Just want to let it out. sorry
@@JohnDoe._. both are pure fiction
@@0mxt747 I disagree. the other one is grounded to reality. while the other is over exaggerated and at times too idealistic and preachy.
@@JohnDoe._. mfw when ashito has nearly photohraphic memory
while isagis specific goal is to be the best striker i would not be suprised if eos he also takes snuffys title considering they have very similar talents
Your right. They are very close to each other in abilities. Let’s hope Isagi can reach that level.
Aoi becomes a short non athletic fall back who wants a guy like him as his teammate. They should have made him a DM.
I wonder how will Fukuda make him do similar things in the future. 🧐
Animation goes to ao ashi and plot goes to blue lock
If only the Blue Lock animation was good. 😔
I have seen both of theese and they are a w
btw love your channel
They are both W series. Thank you very much. I hope you stay for more!
i whould say isagi is wayyyyyy better cus he is like on the world level unlike ashito
I made this point clear in the video so I agree, but things might change by the end of their stories.
@@SirBomBob dont think soo, isagi might try ot be the best in the world you dont know
doesnt matter rin still slams
He definitely proved it recently. 😅
I like the life lessons that Blue Lock and of course the action but Ao Ashi really is more technical and more realistic? (Just because of that doesnt make ir better) im just saying their good points
Both series has a great way of teaching you certain lessons and that’s why they are both equally amazing in their own way.
@@SirBomBob If you like both mangas you should read Catennacio too, you could say that is kind of new, is a good football manga too
Thank you for the recommendations I’ll check it out.
Short , physically weak fall back ain't realistic
@@IHunter2k I dont know if that is true but i guess thats why a lot of the fandom wants Ashito to be a defender midfielder
On a 1v1 isagi devours lil bro
😅😅
Never seen either🗿
I strongly recommend these 2, they’re great. 🤣🤣
