- For auction at a start price of .99 cents is this truly individual Suzuki RM 125 1977 B that was personally signed by 7 time period world champion Joel Robert,s in April 2008 at Classic Dirt 5 IN Raymond Terrace. Ive got the provenance with the bike that goes with the sale proving Joel signed the bike when he was here in Australia for the first time in 32 years. The bike has been fully re built from a low hour badly stored machine so It needed lots of love to bring it up to spec. The cases have never been split, original nut and bolt and I have no intention of putting fuel into the bike to start It as the purpose of this built was to display only. I’m thinking T.V rights with Channel Nine, and you could have such episodes as Barry’s Day at Centrelink, or The Melbourne Cup Experience!”. Yes I could send you pics of my bike. I’m not sure about the early RMs, but the Suzuki PEs had a problem with the OEM fuel tank splitting down one side along the bottom. When I originally restored the PE I had the original tank and yellow plastics on it. But, now it is white, with a Suzuki DR-200 metal fuel tank, painted white OEM side covers, and even has a lighting kit from a Suzuki TF-125, so is now technically road legal.
