That was amazing! I kept trying to figure out how you could possibly do that type of glazing. You make all of it look so easy. It was good to hear that it does make your hand tired and that you do a group of items at a time. Those land/water/sky plates and bowls you make are so beautiful! Again, thank you for sharing! I can't go to the studio out here in Utah for awhile because the Omicron variant is going so strong. I may go get a bag of clay to do some hand building projects and then take them back in to be fired and glazed at some later date.
We cannot get propane here because the drivers are sick, no veggies in the supermarket last time I shopped. It seems Omicron is every where now. I am glad I work alone, stay safe.
@@Vsmithpots Just a thought if you had a spare TV that you could set up in your window for people to watch a video of what is in your gallery and of you at the wheel. Maybe have a speaker to the outside so they can hear your soothing tones describe your craft. STOP AND WATCH THE POTTER CREATE GREAT BEAUTIES! (With a 6 foot reminder) Have you had any pot pickups on the honour system? Guid luck on keeping things active one way or the other....
I would love to see the finished bowl!
Thank you for sharing.

That would just kill my back! I love the technique though. The result is beautiful!
Thanks, I sold a lot of those pieces this summer. I will start doing videos again next week, too many tourist distractions the last two months.
Love it ❤❤ how do you bisque fire the large bowls? Do you stack them on the sides? Just wondering because I just made some large pieces …… 😊thx
Inside each other, 2 or3 inside the biggest. You can even stack rim to rim but it takes up more kiln space.
Enjoyed the video, although I was feeling for your back.
You and me both! I have them in my gallery now and wonder if any one will see them this summer, Covid19?

@@freddiemoretti8456 Good idea. I have one in the studio that plays videos of other potters while I work. Check out Goldmarkart.com
Beautiful results as always - you need an apprentice to do this for you!! 😉
Thanks Stu. New video coming tomorrow.
