Titusville is a cool town. I grew up in Erie but my family is from Titusville and the oil history is very interesting. The amount of wealth that flowed through that town during the oil boom is staggering to think about. I always stop by the GEC factory when I go through town and recommend to your viewers taking a trip there.
I just purchased my very first slippy yesterday. I bought a dlt exclusive single blade trapper by case in green canvas micarta, brass liners, and brass pins. I needed something more gentlemanly than my hinderer xm-18 and larger sized knives for a wedding.
Rob, These knives look so much like the knives my granddad carried. Far to long ago to be GECs & his were used multiple times a day on his farm. Brings back memories & makes me want to BUY!
OK MISTER: You need to haaaand oooovverr......that 15th anniversary 38........real easy like.......don't make any sudden moves............ walk away VEEERRY slowly........and nobody gets hurt. HA! Loved the ending with the mystery of the PPP etch, lol. Does anyone there ever mention how Miss Christine Tucker is doing? I hope & pray she's ok.
She had to quit working due to health issues. I think it's been close to 3 yrs now? I keep forgetting to ask Rob if she still shows up for the annual rendezvous. I sure hope I can make it up there some day.
I am not an apostle. My channel is named for the two apostles of Christ whom I identify with most strongly. Good question though… and not asked often enough.

I don't know why people like gator traps so much. I like a traditional with a medium pull, like the 97s.
nice blades
