Cynical Scorpio A lot. Probably over 70 packs but I’m not exactly sure I wasn’t counting. As for the apples I put a gloss on them after baking. Thanks for the nice feedback! 😄
Kerobyx I did! I sand all my sculptures because otherwise the clay is uneven, with sanding you can get much smoother better looking results. Especially on fine details as well.
@@Kerobyxclay so when I was using polymer clay, the trick I found worked was to put Vaseline on the piece after you sand it and then put it back in the oven, the Vaseline will get rid of the scratch marks and it won’t look like it was sanded ever.
@@Kerobyxclay hahaha no that was what I actually did for all my polymer clay pieces. It’s quite effective, cause otherwise you have what you were saying like a bunch of sanding marks and it looks bad
@@sculptednostalgia That is ok. If you cannot make one, by you cam make the fiery/watery blowhog or the plasm wraith/water wraith! But keep up the good work!
I'm more into miniatures but I realized that big figurines like this have their charm as well 😍

How many packs of clay did this take? Also what did you do to make the apples shiny? Anyway, great job as always
Cynical Scorpio A lot. Probably over 70 packs but I’m not exactly sure I wasn’t counting. As for the apples I put a gloss on them after baking. Thanks for the nice feedback! 😄
@@sculptednostalgia 70?! Wow! That is insane!
@@Kerobyxclay yeah it was a lot I remember haha 😆
@@sculptednostalgia Wow, I'm just watching this thinking, I couldn't afford to make it! lol
How do you get the clay so smooth looking
From sanding!
Nice
spaydi reiis thanks!
That's huge and very nice detailed :)
Did you baked it ?
3D Plastic Fantasy yep! All baked and done! Thank you so much! :)
That way better than the one I made
did you sand the body to get it so smooth?
Kerobyx I did! I sand all my sculptures because otherwise the clay is uneven, with sanding you can get much smoother better looking results. Especially on fine details as well.
@@sculptednostalgia Do you paint them after sanding? Because you don't have sanding marks in it at all.
@@Kerobyxclay so when I was using polymer clay, the trick I found worked was to put Vaseline on the piece after you sand it and then put it back in the oven, the Vaseline will get rid of the scratch marks and it won’t look like it was sanded ever.
@@sculptednostalgia wow that's completely new to me. You're not just messing with me so I ruin my next figure? ;)
@@Kerobyxclay hahaha no that was what I actually did for all my polymer clay pieces. It’s quite effective, cause otherwise you have what you were saying like a bunch of sanding marks and it looks bad
Wow🎉😂😂😂❤
Hey SculptedNostalga, can you make one of the pikmin onions next? I'm a big fan of pikmin.
j Drainville hey J! Thanks for the feedback! I’m not sure about the onion however I do plan to make more from pikmin! So stay tuned! :)
@@sculptednostalgia That is ok. If you cannot make one, by you cam make the fiery/watery blowhog or the plasm wraith/water wraith! But keep up the good work!
😄👍 🥕(The carrot is supposed to be a pikpik carrot)
@@sculptednostalgia Just out of curiosity, where do you keep all your clay figures?🤔
j Drainville I currently keep them on a shelf, but want to get a display case for them to keep out the dust
How much modeling clay did you use?
A lot haha
Great content as always! Keep up the good work!
Doctor Random thank you so much! Will do! 😄
