My mom had a 64 sport fury. White with red interior. Bucket seats console auto on floor. What a beauty. My favorite body style of ALL cars. Just eye candy. I was 12 and I'm 62 now. Good memories
That would have been an awesome old car brother, the 61-65 b bodies in my opinion must have been assembled with a little more car, they are really nice cars when done
My older brother bought a 65 Belvedere new and paid $3300 for it. Vinyl roof and padded dash were options. Had a 383 Commando V8. Was the fastest car I ever rode in.
one of my favorite ones is the 65 Dodge coronet with a four hundred big block out of a newyorker. Out ran a new 72 Dodge Challenger with a 440 six pack back in the day.
I've learned to tune my Edelbrock on my Nova, jetted up two sizes to stop a lean cruise stumble. Pretty easy to do, had to order some bigger jets and thinner rods that weren't with my calibration kit.
Nice old Plymouth Bob! Looks real good! You guys are lucky to have a close community of Mopars around like that. Good deal. Bob have you ever tried making multiple layers with different colors? Stepping down the size in different color tape. Then covering the decal in a clear tape to prevent peeling. A buddy of mine made me my R/T and Roadrunner emblems for me like that before he got a new printer to do them up. This was back in '89 . They turned out great and lasted till I painted the Roadrunner again back in 2015. My old R/T in no longer with us. RIP lol
Thanks brother, glad you think so, like I said in the video this body style has grown on me, especially after spending countless hours working on Bobby's car
Cool Video! Really diggin' that BANNER! Some really cool MOPARS on it... Man, I see another modeling project coming soon! LOL. Just happen to have a couple '65 Satellite kits laying around!
Bob Welborn maybe we can work out a trade for some stickers. I'd rather see it go to someone who can use it than try to get top dollar for it I live in NYC
Edelbrock carbs are simple, Jed tell Bobby Edelbrock makes a kit with different jets, metering rods and different springs. two main jets in the front of the bowl two secondary jets in the back of the bowl, too rich go with smaller jets. several youtube vids for removing the top and tuning.
Great Vid Jed! Keep them coming! Love them. Wish I was closer. Love to go down and have a few beers with you and your dad and your buds. Good People! I can tell. Us poor white guys eh? lol And to make things worst we love Mopars! Lol you know what I mean! And If you really love Mopar you really know what I mean. I was Mopar before it was cool to be Mopar. How many times can I say Mopar? lol Keep them coming!

They are very uncommon, you don't see this year year very much, most were cut up and built into race cars. It is also a one year only body

Are you guys doing another car show this year?
we hope to
Definitely hoping so, we need to have our meeting but finding a time when everyone is free, is a pain in the ass
I understand. Was hoping you guys do. Was going to try and have my car ready for it.
I would most definitely plan on coming man, we will most likely have it, but we need to discuss when and where it'll be this year

It depends on the A body for me, I like pretty much any B, E, and C body, just some of the A bodies look goofy
