Hi friend. I liked your review. As quite a few pointed out, the audio mismatch between your vocal and interlude music needs to be balanced.
I commute daily a distance of 22km (to & fro) in the City of Coimbatore. Since 2000, I have used Tata Indica, Maruti Alto, Maruti Swift (all manual), and Hyundai i10 (AT-CVT). AT is a real comfort for city driving. As I began my quest to upgrade in late 2020, I found the 1-liter, 3-cylinder turbo engines very peppy in the AT segment. I shortlisted Hyundai Venue (DCT) and Polo (TC). Then I bumped into Skoda Rapid AT (TC) type. It was peppier than these two and aggressively priced. For the same price, I got a sedan! (Ambition model of Rapid). Have been using it for 4 months now.
Mileage in city: 10.6-11km/L. Haven’t gone on a long drive so far.
Pros: Very smooth and tension-free driving, overtaking is fun when turbo opens, excellent suspension and stability, tough build including the plastics, precise braking, good AC, decent sound system, electrically retractable ORVMs, safety features, decently priced, etc
Cons: Slightly noisier at the beginning but the sound doesn’t come inside the cabin once windows are up, reverse movement is sudden and fast (newcomers to AT may find it difficult), absence of an auto stop-start button.

Everything acceptable except this new android infotainment system with Style and Monte Carlo variant.
Mr. Zac Hollis should consider upgrading the system to at least new OS when "CarPlay" or "AndroidAuto" is not supported.
With new OS, some new Android app at least people can use.
Android7 OS based poor infotainment in year 2021 sold Skoda Rapid is a big shame.

The cars you mentioned are of two segments. Both cars has its own charm.
If you are a tall person and you drive long distance more!!! My suggestion would be to go with ecosport. As it may give you better visibility to road due to high riding position compared with rapid.
If your maximum drive is in and around city, looking for a stylish sedan with quality interiors rapid would be a good option.
Please be clear on what is going to be the drive pattern and how well you enjoy a drive in sedan or a suv before choosing one.
