There’s a more pleasant and less dangerous route up there. From Bali Hai Pier walk South about 400-500m and you will see some concrete stairs on your left. Follow them up and keep going straight. Another 400m and you will reach the large ‘Pattaya’ sign. There are trails from there that will take you up to the monument or a flat road that will take you to the entrance of ‘Wat Phra Yai’. Nicely filmed, Action 4 right? With gimbal? I live on Pattaya and have just bought an Action 4 myself
I was almost sure of it myself I asked the waitress at Beer Garden, but she said nooo only go island that way.. I been here before but I forget since it was 4 y since last time so I listened to her. But I needed the exercise so it's all good. Yes it is the Action 4 and I do all my filming handheld, feel I have more control of the movement using my body as the gimbal with tecnique. Congrats the action 4 is very good I am very satisfied just bought it days before my travel to Thailand last week so starting to figure it out.
