How to add sunshade above the windows?

There is "shutter&vent" category in "Library",you can find some sunshades

I cant see both levels at the same time, only one floor at a time. How do you get so see all the floors at once?

First, make sure you are in the Coohom Architect exterior environment;; Then,check the bottom-right corner, there should be a button called"show the whole building"
