    🎒 A while back, I asked Project Managers in a couple of forums what material things you need to have, to do your job as a Project Manager. They responded magnificently. I compiled their answers into a Kit list.

    Hi Mike! Just want to give some thanks to you. My Supply Chain degree class has been using your videos to help study for our project management module, it's been extremely beneficial to our studies. My friend Harry in particular struggled so much with that module but your videos helped him overcome his challenges. Have you got any advice for my friend who is looking to become a project manager who is struggling getting to grips? Cheers!

      That is awesome!
      Regarding Harry, there are so many ways he might be struggling that I cannoyt offer useful advice her. However, this year, I am offering pro bono coaching/mentoring sessions to people like students and starting professionals. Tell Harry to contact me by email (you can get this from the Channel page or my website - onlinepmcourses.com) with some details of himself and the challenge, plus his time zone, and I can set up a Zoom call.

    Contingency and risk… I thought one method was to chart a matrix of 'likelihood' against 'severity' to give each scenario a score, perhaps 1 to 3 on a R-A-G scale. Q: does this have a name?

      @Onlinepmcourses  13 дней назад +2

      Yes, indeed, we do commonly plot risks onto a likelihood vs severity/impact chart - see ruclips.net/video/xXV_gjtXMSk/видео.html. I am not sure there is a specific name for this chart.
