Hi Mike! Just want to give some thanks to you. My Supply Chain degree class has been using your videos to help study for our project management module, it's been extremely beneficial to our studies. My friend Harry in particular struggled so much with that module but your videos helped him overcome his challenges. Have you got any advice for my friend who is looking to become a project manager who is struggling getting to grips? Cheers!

Regarding Harry, there are so many ways he might be struggling that I cannoyt offer useful advice her. Contingency and risk… I thought one method was to chart a matrix of 'likelihood' against 'severity' to give each scenario a score, perhaps 1 to 3 on a R-A-G scale. Q: does this have a name?

Yes, indeed, we do commonly plot risks onto a likelihood vs severity/impact chart - see ruclips.net/video/xXV_gjtXMSk/видео.html. I am not sure there is a specific name for this chart.
