Reminder from the Aquatic Base video, turn off Reflections and Volumetric Lights. These two graphical settings are the reason these levels run so badly. It's pretty easy to tell when reflections are off because it makes the water look terrible but there isn't much I can do until this is optimized.
This stage was rough and took a lot of attempts, mainly because of telekinesis throws not making contact and getting hit by giant enemies. A lot of this stage involves simply not letting enemies attack because many of them can snipe you easily with little chance to actually avoid it. There are also many times where you will get hit by something you are carrying which is incredibly annoying.
