It seems that 1.4 does not include the ability to automatically install themes like you showed in the video. Is that right?

Would you be interested in adding possibility to theme qt and non gnome apps through evolve. It is something that is missing from gnome to achieve uniform look of all apps without any regard wheter app is gtk or not. There are few solutions already but i beleive you can do better.
