- Hello everyone, the first brand new What if Dragon Ball story in awhile here. This time we tell the story and discuss the reality where Goku did not have to sacrifice himself in the battle against Cell.

Could you do What if Goten was born a girl? It's a bit of a weird ask, but I think it was a missed opportunity to have a female half saiyan before Bra and this female Goten could be more distinguishable than just a Goku clone.

Facts!
Not necessarily because vegeta was alive and trunks wasn't in the T.O.P the both of them never entered because they are still immature and not experienced enough that's the only real reason they were not in it
Maybe Gotenks can be entered with the stipulation that when the Fusion Time ran out he's automatically disqualified and Goten and Trunks watch the rest of the Tournament with the rest of the team alongside Beerus and Whis.
Goku didn't die in this timeline which means he doesn't learn fusion and no gotenks

No he learned fusion in other world and in this timeline he didn't die so didn't learn fusion

I have now seen the original art for LR Gohan & Goten. I have seen everything.
But goku still knew about the Metamoran fusion? He could of taught fusion to vegeta or Gohan.

Beerus wouldn't wake up cuz The Supreme Kai of the universe would be dead, that means that beerus would be dead to. If the god of destruction dies the angel would lose their power, so if Beerus dies then Whis will lose his powers which means which means Zeno would probably Wipe Out the whole universe out of existence.

This is my What If.
What If....Broly (DBS:Broly) had gone to earth along with Goku when they were babies?
It's probably not a good what if but it's something I thought might be interesting.
What if broly was purposely sent to earth instead of vommpa and Goku was snuck away to earth by bardock just like the movie.. that would be interesting!! Full moon broly would've fucked shit up most likely.

Old vid but I was wondering, couldn't the path to Ultimate Gohan and Vegito still be unlocked since Supreme Kai would still consider the Z sword to stop Buu? That would cause Elder Kai to be released from the sword when he breaks it and having access to both potential unleashed training and potara earing fusion right? Maybe Vegeta who was still around, along with other fighters, could hold up Buu a bit while that was happening
Ending 1 is more bleak when you realize that if Shin dies, so does Beerus.

One thing you forget Piccolo knows the man who by he also knows the mafuba reversal and both Piccolo and The Supreme Kai can basically create objects out of pretty much nothing so the container would not be an issue the only thing I could see being a issue would be the sealing tag

The first ending is impossible because when the supreme kai/kaioshin dies the god of destruction also dies

Another possibility is that when Goku and Vegeta die they get special training from the Kais and they unlock SS3 and maybe even fusion.
The second ending is more suitable because with the 1st, you said buu kills the supreme kai and then you said that beerus would stop him, but if the supreme kai is dead, then beerus is dead aswell because their lives are connected.

Had Toriyama wrote the series way in an alternate timeline, what if he wrote both the Baby and Shadow Dragons Arcs soon after in the manga? While taking place 5-6 years after Buu. While Bulla was born at the same time as Pan. And while Trunks, Goten, and Marron were aged up to 13-14, 12-13, and 8-9 respectively. How'd the series' final events have played out? And how'd the End of Z have ended?

@SmugStick, Wouldn't Goku at least try SSJ2 Kaioken in the bleak scenario ? He would briefly rival a SSJ3 since it would still be a 2x SSJ2 boost.

Goku and Vegeta at least doubled their power in 7 years, maybe even more. Vegeta's character arc would finish much sooner, leading to him and Goku sparring through the 7 years, which would make their increases to be much larger. How do we know this? Because of Goku and Gohan in the Room of Spirit and Time, in around 9 months they did more than what Vegeta and Trunks could do in 2 years. Also, it was outright stated those with the Majin seal doesn't provide energy to Boo, and the Anime goes that route, but in the Manga Gohan was not SSJ2 against Dabra, he was clearly drawn as just SSJ, along with his aura too. This really doesn't help Dabra, but in the Manga Gohan doesn't get a Zenkai from being healed by Kabito, as a matter of fact, right before he finishes healing Gohan he thinks to himself that he may not be able to fully restore his power. It's true that nothing is never said either way, but it at least implies that Gohan isn't 100% when he fights Dabra, I would say he's more at 90% if anything. And when he fought Gohan, he couldn't get any energy for Boo, and Gohan was only losing because he was way out of practice, and the fact that Gohan was only an SSJ, he's at best Cell Games Goku tier. Yes I know the Diazenshu it says Gohan was SSJ2, but those same guide books support the Anime's logic which contradicts the original source material and intention. This wasn't meant to pick apart this video, but I really like it and this channel, but I just wanted to lay out the logic for the Manga, and it was originally presented to be.

He can't use SS1-3 with kioken. Cuz maliciousness creeps inside him and he can't focus in his ki .

I may interrupt on the fusion part: the fusion dance he showed to trunks and goten in the regular dbz universe, he learned that from the yardrats the time he fled from namek after beating frieza. The only thing he learned while being dead after the cell saga was ssj3 :)

So... This scenario would end with Broly. He will murder ALL OF THEM. No Fusion means no way to defeat Broly. Kefla's appearance might inspire Vegito's birth, but we've seen that Potara is a less stable form of Fusion in the Future Trunks arc. Even Kefla only lasted a few minutes instead of the full hour. We've seen Gogeta being able to hold Blue for much longer in the Broly movie so Fusion Dance ultimately saved their asses. UI might activate, but I doubt Goku would have enough time to finish off Broly before his body gives out, especially with all the damage he has taken as a Super Saiyan God.
I think Goten would beat Trunks in the tournament. Because he didn't train as intensely as Trunks did, and they were still ALMOST evenly match. With Goku around and training Goten, he would've been ever stronger, just not a whole lot more than Trunks. But that's just my opinion.

First of all Gohan could fast punch Cell in stomach again seeing this and then Lapis out, then kill him, makes sense for me. Second Buu didn't wanted kill everyone etc, Goku had him to chat and if not Vegeta, then befriending could happen and demise of Babidi, so that is prolly easiest outcome. Second you said everyone trained and joined Tournament, that could cause real complications like Babidi minions falling out earlier on, even if attacked from crowd, still is change. This Buu had no Dabura in him, we have Gohan, Goku and Vegeta ssj2, also some others as back up and help with destroy parts of Buu I see chances. I see even Lapis and Lazuli joining in, as Goku could convince them here. Ultimate Gohan could still happen counting your lack of logic, then you mentioned Beerus, but Shin was dead, so lifelink. Beerus not impresed would be ok, because still was ritual left.
Just so you know: It isn't possible for beerus to wake up due to the death of Shin. Shin and Beerus are both linked and if one dies the other one comes along

I feel like Goku would've still participated in training with king Kai and agreed to the tournament where he would've been able to get way stronger.
but, if Kaioshin is there even if they wouldnt know the fusion dance they could still fuse into Vegeto, plus probably if everything was looking as bad as the first outcome he could have teleported them to the kaioshin planet where Gohan could have gotten the Elder Kai Boost and seing how strong he got maybe even goku and why not vegeta could have done it to makig them in the end as strong as goku was with the SSJ3 (or so)

I have a what if scenario for you, what if when Beerus woke up he wasn't looking for a Super Sayian God but a Super Namekian God? What if Piccolo was given a chance to become stronger than Goku and Vegeta?

What if goku never fell off snake way? I feel like that would be cool.
Two things wrong with this. One, Gohan only got his energy drained because he was weak enough for Shin to restrain. Two, energy was only sent to Buu when the Z fighters took damage, which was why Babidi needed Vegeta's help. So Buu would never form if Goku survived. 4/10.
