God revealed the gospel of GRACE to me back in 03, & how blessed it is !!! , it destroys everything I thought or had been taught & it's all given by God & revealed by God to individual believers,& it's all of grace, what a love, what a savior, what a salvation, I'm just mighty thankful.

The LORD has really hammering this home with me the gospel of grace..i sometimes I feel like I am right the edge of a break through in the kingdom because I understand the gospel of grace by his grace I have received his righteousness I rest in his finished work so I come from righteousness not too now I'm a member of the kingdom my hole struggle is to enter God's rest the work is done he said he whould give you rest
Well, without it (Bro Steve's and now your reply) i would still be in condemnation. But now, i'm starting to see i'm safe for all eternity, because i'm one who DOES love Christ and WANTS to do right and not seeing how much i can "get away with". People like that shows they're still living under a wrong dispensational teaching. Just one week ago i believed one could "lose their salvation". Now, i see which dispensation i'm under. It really is liberating - to do even more good deeds, not less.
The Gospel of the Kingdom, for all practical purposes, was still part of the old dispensation as Christ had not died on the Cross yet for our sins. Correct? Please forgive for all the questions. This is just really enlightening teaching that's making things easier for me to undersrtand. I bet Pastor Steve studies day and night. That's what we ALL should be doing, accurately "dividing" the Word of Truth; then maybe there wouldn't be so much confusion over so many things.
you are correct.
The gospel of the Kingdom is the gospel of grace. They are one. Acts 20:25 And now, behold, I know that ye all, among whom I have gone preaching the kingdom of God, shall see my face no more.
The gospel preached before the cross is not the same gospel being preached today in this dispensation. Now watch how the KJB clearly shows it.
I Corinthians 15:1-4
1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
2 By which also ye are saved if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you unless ye have believed in vain.
3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
This gospel speaks of death, burial, and resurrection.
Question: is this what was preached by the twelve apostles before the resurrection?
No. First off it had not happened yet and Second, they knew nothing about the resurrection. Even when Jesus tried to tell them about his death, burial, and resurrection they still couldn't understand what he was talking about.
Luke 18:31-34
31 Then he took unto him the twelve, and said unto them, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem, and all things that are written by the prophets concerning the Son of man shall be accomplished.
32 For he shall be delivered unto the Gentiles, and shall be mocked, and spitefully entreated, and spitted on:
33 And they shall scourge him, and put him to death: and the third day he shall rise again.
34 AND THEY UNDERSTOOD NONE OF THESE THINGS: and this saying was hid from them, neither knew they the things which were spoken.
Notice what vs.34 said,
it is hidden from them and did not understand it.
So I ask you,
How could you preach something that you didn't understand and it was hidden from you?
the answer is you couldn't.
The disciples preached a different gospel. It was called the Gospel of the Kingdom.
Its message is found numerous times in the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Repent and be baptized and you shall be saved. a works-based gospel.
I Corinthians 2:7.8
7 but we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:
8 which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

Right. Wow. I guess it's something so easily overlooked if you don't apply the time (dispensational) element. No wonder people like me are thinking one can lose their salvation until they just take for face value what Paul said ROMANS thru PHILEMON :) I'm so happy, freed, and unafraid now - the way Christ wanted it to be.
Its impossible Paul preached the Mystery program during the Acts period. Proof? He baptized Judeans and Gentile God fearers during this time. When the kingdom offer was rejected at the end of Acts, Paul then taught Spirit baptism as singularly valid. Water had to do with the Kingdom offer.
Paul our Apostle only water baptise 2 or 3 people
@@garyhawkins3495 Gal.5:2 Christ shall profit nothing in water baptism because it is Jewish and under the kingdom program. It's useless because we are saved by grace through faith (Eph 2:8-9) plus nothing to be added.
Oh i see. Peter's gospel was the one whereby when Christ was alive for that 33 year dispensation to the Jews of whom He was sent to first. Correct?

Thanks Pastor, i never noticed that. I see now why there's some confusion regarding Paul's ministry and Peter's. One's for the Jews and the other is for us although they BOTH have been ratified by Christ. Is that correct? Did i say that right?
Yes, you did, Hebrews to Revelation are written for the jews only

So, just to see if i'm beginning to understand, Mat 24:13 is not referring to Paul's gospel correct?
Well let's just wait and see then Mr Caps. Beause if i die and there's no Heaven and Hell then hey, i had a pretty descent life anyway being a Christian - i was nice to people, enjoyed going to parties at the Church, took care of myself, forgave and helped people who others thought weren't worthy of it, etc. BUT, if you die and there IS a Heaven and a Hell, well then...........
wrong division = wrong practice .poeple end up doing things that are in the bible .that God is not saying to do ..communion .(passover) .water baptism .laying on of hands and anointing with oil .
