Idea behind build: You shred enemy MR insanely hard, benefitting your own really high base damages (especially on Q) AND if you have magic damage from teammates you can help them a lot as well with Malignance and Bloodletters shred. Is this the best Swain build? Probably not, but its super fun and the high damage numbers can really pop off in team fights. As a fellow Swain Main,I found Malignance to have consistently good results,I build it only in botlane and it's so nice to have you can pick up fight much more frequently with all that cdr and you melt the ennemies during laning phase with that free magic pen it's like having free sorcs boots also the damages of the item are not so bad compared to before I find,with almost 2 to 3 k damages at ~25 min
Most of the time I let weird support or jungle picks go because typically the person plays it enough. I remember one time I got filled support, picked Swain, my ADC picked Renekton, and as soon as we hit level 3 we just killed them on repeat.
@linixop About 2 weeks ago I played against a Swain/Trundle bot lane that was just cancerous. Trundle constantly slowing and blocking you, and then Swain landing Es. It was awful.

I think at the end, the Cass was just RPing because Casseiopea is a Noxian like Swain.
The way that build MELTED them while also not causing you to die immediately since it had HP. Love to see it.
