A wonderful discussion. Mr. Kapil Sibal is a great personality and advocate. He showed us the serious problems that the Muslims are facing in India. I would like to say that the community instead of building so many mosques, why don't they build schools also. The Muslim community cannot only depend on the Government they too must build schools and educate the members of their community. Kapil, Sir have a discussion on the serious problems faced by the Christian community especially in the states ruled by the BJP. We Christians are being persecuted.
Today, the political focus is all about keep winning elections and its purpose is controlling tax payers money so that these funds assures win in next election. Made myself go through this group discussion . Mr Sibal was able to control his usual arrogance, which many times borders being insulting, reasonably well, but it showed at places. Mr. Najib Jung did not hide his displeasure with the current dispensation. Perhaps his lineage does not allow him to accept a "Hindu" majority government, which does not bend backwards for the Muslims. Mr. Faizan Mustafa came out as the most balanced and impartial person in the discussion. We need more persons like him from the community. All these participants paled in comparison to our home grown Maleficent namely Ms. Arfa Khanum Sherwani. She is the epitome of Islamic intolerance and fundamentalism . I remember her speeches during the Shaheen Bagh Islamic blackmail of the Indian citizens. She was full of venom and vitriol against the Hindus. I have Muslim friends and colleagues and not one has complained of discrimination or fear of any form of assault. Ms. Khanum's fears and apprehensions stem from her deep seated Islamic supremacism and disdain for the Hindus. I have seen many Hindu women reporters visiting Muslim majority locations and they do their job unhindered. Does it mean the Muslims are more tolerant and encompassing than the Hindus? Well incidents all over the world, throughout centuries and even in last few years tell a different story. So my advice to Ms. Shervani.... Chill lady! Stop doing the "Islam Khatre mei hai" thing. Stop playing the victim. Do not give yourself so much importance.. Keep doing your job till kingdom come

I think dear Kapil Sibal and other dear participants should understand that there is another minority in India, the linguistic minorities. How can a malayalee understand what you are talking if you suddenly slip to Hindi. I want to follow the very important topic you are discussing but couldn't, because of this. Atleast think of subtitles if you want to slip to Hindi in between.

1. Govt opens school, all students go there. Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Christian etc have ro right yo primary education.

This panel didn't represent minority although 20 crore people didn't fall in minority by any definition . Most of the Muslims in India didn't believe in secularism, socialism and neither in constitution. They value constitution only as it protect their right. I meet 100 of Muslims on daily basis barely anyone who values secularism all they want is a sharia .

Minorities will need to rise from a point of strength and not weakness...we know that victimization is a fact and we can keep crying about it...but what about the attitude adjustment which is alao much needed, it really on us to change our plight....Lastly we the muslims of India should stop idolizing Pakistan or the Arab states....we need to hold on steadfastly to the ideals of secularism even in our private spaces.
We need like Mr. H. N. Bahuguna like leader to India.
