Loved this demo! I would be curious to see how you've created some of the flows you used! Like a breakdown of some of your actions. A quick guide on "How to" for flows specifically for Agentforce, and then also giving a better understanding of what a prompt can and cant do.
Could you share how you set up your "Identify Record by Name"? it looks simple enough, but could be a great example to help connect the dots!
