I defo agree that this is less hard-hitting than Step Back. I was expecting something similar to Step Back given the strong title. But I do have to say the choreo looked a bit chic this time which does give the same women in power vibe. So I mean I like it overall. Wendy and Taeyeon omg, they are my favs from SM 2nd and 3rd Gen and they slayed this stage so well!!

Nope, the production in this one is way more better than Step Back.
i like this one a 💯 times better than step back!! the sample, the pre chorus, the chorus, the vocal delivery, the melodies, the dance break (production wise) and also the lyrics. the one thing i think step back was better at was the bridge and the rap. also, the baby baby baby section gave me huge western old girl group vibes, i love it!!! ❤️🔥

Btw: I just love the fact that Hyoyeon got more lines in this lineup than in SNSD,I don't care who is most popular or w/e, when it comes to talent, SM girls have great talent.
Not only did Hyoyeon get a lot of lines, but she also got quite a lot of recognition. And I'm very, very happy with that. Hyoyeon deserves❤

I love Step Back but I think I love Stamp On It more like sonically if that makes sense but we are getting an MV and I'm excited for the rest of the songs too.
The stage video they release is from the online concert also. The Music Video and the album will be release on the 16th of January 6pm KST.

The only weak thing about this comeback (as far as I'm concerned) is the choreography - it is very underwhelming, lacking in effectiveness and complexity, and does nothing to elevate the song, which is a damned shame since the song is absolutely spectacular to me. T_T
At any rate, this unit is superior and the song has been on loop since the moment it dropped.
I don't have any issues with the choreo.
They suit the pace of the song.
@@riffgroove I strongly disagree. I think this song calls for a stronger choreography and a more hard hitting execution of the same to enhance the overall effect of the performance. But that's me. If you enjoy it as it is, I'm pleased for you. : )

@@riffgroove Your sarcasm is appreciated, but no, it's not the lack of backflips. The choreography is very subdued and low in energy, while the song and vocal delivery are quite punchy and filled with attitude, and so I find that the former clashes with the latter and ultimately has a deflating effect on the performance as a whole. This song and these women merit a more dynamic choreography.
