Love this speech - Cyrus reminding the VP on the part of the Constitution that she neglected to pay attention to, pretty much telling her that she's not the president yet and if Fitz dies only then will he call her.
I sure hope Jeff Perry wins something for this character...he is BRILLIANT! big props to the writers who are amazing as well, but it's one thing to write the script its another to be able to find someone who can execute the words to give it justice and Jeff Perry does that every single time.....I love Cyrus, this is my favorite scene, love love it!

She killed off just about everybody on Grey's Anatomy that I had any investment in the character with the exception of Bailey and the chief and I haven't watched in many years it wouldn't surprise me if they were gone as well. Such a talented writer. She creates characters I become invested in and then she just kills them off I don't get it.
Cy & his deal making, he made a promise to Verna & maybe even knew what Fitz discussed with Sally, he'd be that under-handed. He would make a deal with the Devil and think about the consequences later, where he would make another deal with Satan's father and so on, The man has no moral compass, just a razor sharp political mind, the gift of gab, an expertise in manipulation and a thirst for power by any means necessary. Well portrayed, Jeff Perry, IMO you deserved at least an Emmy nomination.
When he tells her "And you...are not the President" I HOLLERED. He is a scheming, underhanded, muderous and selfish man and I LOVE his character!!!!
