    Yeah. That original hole placement is quite a design flaw. Redrilled a new hole as you've done.

    Hi where do you buy the keys ? I have three sets of poles the plastic keys have always been a problem and they brake off I cant find the plastic keys anywhere, you did not show the key.. moved from Pearland living in Nacogdoches’s thanks for your help 👍

    So drill a new hole about 1.5” below top of middle section? Still using factory hole in Bottom of Top Section?

    Ok so did you Drill through top section And bottom while poles are bottomed out?
    Your arm blocks the view. Wanted to see spacing between factory hole and your new hole.

    Why not leave key in factory hole then drill above to keep same height? Looks like you lost 15” in height?
