Now I am all alone,I really don't need milk. But I truly Love ghee and white butter. In fact the purpose of me to make ghee is for my greying hair Please kindly guide me how I can make white butter and GHEE in my situation at home I shall be really very grateful to you aunty. Aunty which milk do you use presently Specially and SPECIFICALLY for this recipee. Aunty one more gentle request please please please kindly show accurate Manner of collecting and storing the Malai for entire one week. Also for making fresh ghee and butter daily how much quantity of milk and Malai extraction is needed Also everyday if you make butter and GHEE then do we need to extract the Malai and refrigerate the Malai ?? If yes for how long?? I hope I have been able to make you understand and you understood my question aunty. It is really wonderful to make ghee and Malai daily or everyday. But how much quantity of milk and how much Malai is need daily and do we need to remove and extract the Malai from the boiled milk and refrigerate the Malai ?? Also after removing the Malai utensil from the deep freezer,do we need to wait for it to soften and come to room temperature?? Lastly do we need to use geyhu grinded I mean chakki Ka aata in this or even the packet atta is good enough??
I thought that you have already found out a solution in my situation. I am eager to make both butter and GHEE at home. Pehle me hendi mixtur se nikalti thi makkhan me boht paani reh jata tha, fir 1- 1 1/2 ghante gas barbaad hoti thi. We tried this method and for first 3-4 times, we got good results. But now, since 2-3 months, we are not being able to make ghee. We are following the same steps but after adding sugar, instead of getting thick, it becomes thin.. do you have any advice for us?

Do not add sugar to it add some water in malai and stir it and made ghee that's simple
We provide pure ghee of buffalo free from chemicals using bilona method.
